We had some major issues in our sewage pipes recently (sparing everyone the details). George Romero and one of his lead technicians Jason Corrao came to fix the problems. George is professional and cares his customers. He shows compassion and hence knows the pains and financial impact on us due to the problems. He provided comfort and assured us the problems were fixable, even though they appeared overwhelming.
Jason is highly skilled in the general plumbing business, including these sewage problems. He expressed confidence and assured us the problems were nothing unusual because he had done these so many times. He delivered the results, which verified his words. The rest of the team members that Jason and George lined up were all superb professionals. I talked to each and every one of them and got to know them a little bit more on both the professional and personal levels.
The repair took about two weeks and long hours every day, which requires both skills and brute forces.
The total costs are non-trivial, due to the scale and difficulty of the repair, but they deserved every penny of them.
George and Jason, in my humble opinions, are both pivotal and highly valuable employees to Rooter Man. They well-represented their employer and have projected a positive image on behalf of Rooter Man, when it comes to dealing with customers.
Given the seriousness of the sewage problems I went through, I consider myself lucky to have George and Jason of Rooter Man to help fix them.
I've nothing but the best recommendation for them.

Jacob Sanchez and his helper Joshua were very polite and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job of keeping me informed every step of the job that needed to be done. It took a long time to resolve the issue and they were patient to get it done.

This is our second time using Rooterman, Ralph G has been our plumber both times, the service is outstanding, they really care about each and every situation and will work with you when needed. We will be using them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

Harry was too lazy and rude to listen to directions to my home. Acted like a toddler having a temper tantrum when I tried to tell him how to find my unit. Told me his GPS says he has arrived and he didn't know what to tell me. So he just left. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Unbelievable.

Wonderful response. I called several plumbers over the weekend with an emergent situation. No other responses. Sam showed up with a smile and while not able to snake it out he gave me other options and ideas to help my situation. After water jetting the drain was able to give freedom to take care of my family with confidence. I will definitely call him whenever we have any plumbing needs!

Very good bait and switch when you book it online. Online they have it a drain clean listed as $49 - which is roughly what I have always paid for someone to come snake the drain since it takes roughly 5-10 minutes. If you book thinking you are going to get it for the price, you are likely to pay triple that.

UPDATE: Yes your representative said that you either we still “updating the website or it should be reflected in the fine print somewhere near the bottom”. Glad you record your calls, hope you listen and try to improve the customer service. Like I said, a bait and switch team! Happy holidays to you as well!

We were very pleased with Ralph’s work and helpfulness in making sure we were back up and running clearly in our kitchen without anymore delays or problems in a timely manner. Ralph is very personable and makes sure you understand what’s wrong and what he can do to fix the problem. Thanks Ralph and your team as well as Daniel the supervisor in helping my family understand further what happened. They all made sure we were all very comfortable with the work and the company.

We had a bathroom sink clog and ChatGPT recommended Rooter Man Plumbing. Orlando was fantastic! Very friendly, professional, and quick to get the drain cleared. What I really appreciated was that he also took the time to discuss how the plumbing system works, and gave me some great tips on how to keep our pipes healthy going forward. Also recommended doing a Rejuvenation for our older home, for a system-wide flush. Excellent service and would definitely recommend!

Boris is so honest. He was very open about what my mother needed, and how much it was going to be. He could have easily taken advantage of my 95 year old mother but did not. We will turn to Rooter Man plumbing for future plumbing needs
