I tried to exchange defective Rheem water heater that was purchased from there and they refused but Rheem manufacturer apruved it

Very helpful very clean establishment. Didn't have everything I needed boat help me locate it another place to get unstocked items

I've been buying from Todd for 16 years now staff is always courteous they always have what you need in stock.

Great group of folks. Everyone is respectful and willing to help you. They are very familiar with all types of lingo for parts needed. Never a long wait with these guys.

Not to too bad, only truck here [flatbed]and still waited bout 30-45 mins after we pulled straps to be unloaded. However, the forklift guys were super awesome.

Worst service ever! They won't even honor manufacturer warranties without putting you through the ringer. Mike in Sylmar is the most rude person. Won't even let you talk without telling you to shut up. Even the owner wouldn't make the situation right. If you're a contractor, there are way better options, so many supply houses. All City Plumbing, same issue! This one was even purchased there! They want my contractor to pay full price for the unit until they get reimbursed...absurd! Thanks for no hot water now through the weekend! You could have done the right thing, you chose to do the opposite. Despicable!

Horrible service. I waited over 30min in the lobby and got no help. There was a line of over 10ppl during the 30 kin not 1 associated stepped foot on the floor. You can see all the staff behind the door but no one wants to help you. They have a mission statement on their wall, they obviously dont believe in that anymore. Will be taking my business elsewhere, if you want to be efficient I would do the same. Had 3 guys there in my truck..do they not think this costs us money to be waiting around for them.

Came out on a Sunday within hour of calling.

Silva Plumbing is the best! I had a kitchen sink clogged and I had several so called professionals come and just shuffle their feet and then ask for prices that attorney takes for a job that doesn’t take more than 30 minutes. Considering holidays are coming up and as a last resort I asked a friend who knows anyone who is competent to take care of this task. Not only Mr. Silvia’s is competent but professional and had my kitchen sink unclogged for a rate that’s better than anyone in the area…and I called many!!! Now I can wash my dishes and feel absolutely satisfied with the service and quality!
