Just had a great experience with Ralph G. at Rooter Man Plumbing. From the scheduling to the service, great at every step. So nice to have a company that sticks to what they promised and committed to (even with a special, online offer!). Also, Ralph was very friendly, very professional, and gave clear and valuable explanations and recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Griffith walked us through the whole process always giving detailed updates. The team was on-time, kind and thorough, and finished the job earlier than expected.

Eduardo was professional informational and very caring my mother‘s 83 disabled and I’m 64 and disabled and he did not take advantage, on the contrary, he was more concerned than anything. This employee should be cherished by their employer, and if I ever have any problems again, I will definitely get a hold of Eduardo.

Ralph is very knowledgable and helpful with detecting a sewage pipe blockage. I would highly recommend him. He made himself available to answer questions I may have and was propmt and responsible for getting back to me with my concerns.

I’ve used your company for years and you’ve always been able to solve my problems. This time it was impossible. But the technician showed me what was wrong - a completely rusted pipe, which is not possible to repair. He showed me how to solve the problem, so I ran a new 2 inch pipe to the main and it works perfectly now. Thank you thank you thank you for a job well done!

Second time out--to rectify a collateral problem related to prior major repair. No issue. Came early, excellent attitude and talent. Solved the problem. Did not even ask for a fee. Checked and double checked solution before he left. Outstanding.

Arman was fantastic! He and his team went above and beyond to get my job done in 2 days. He and his assistant worked outside during a downpour for hours to dig down to my broken pipe and get it replaced. While it was a big job that took a chunk of change they worked with me to get every discount available which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Our sewer line was replaced in a timely manner by the experienced workers that were, Arrived on time as promised. worked efficiently. and each day it was cleaned as if no work was done, Efficient and knowledgeable efforts were put in to quickly accomplish the task. also all workers were thoughtful of us (residents) Gary was a big help to us. telling and explaining each step as the work progressed. an important pieces of information for us,

The information he provided was already known to us and is easily available online. As for the actual fix, he wasn’t able to resolve the issue yet still charged $125. He only attempted to run the snake once and immediately concluded that we needed to install a clean-out and replace the garbage disposal, both of which came with very expensive quotes.
I was hoping he would try harder to fix the issue before suggesting such costly solutions. I even asked him to run the snake from the roof or through the existing clean-out, but he refused, saying the clean-out wouldn’t help and that accessing the roof would be expensive.
Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the service and will not be using their company again.
