Berts Mega Plumbing is the best. They helped out my mom so many times when no one else couldn't. Chris and his crew Mario and Davide have been great throughout the whole process. He is very patient and knowledgeable and we are glad we found him and found a really honest company that really cares.

Edit a few months later: I did indeed call on Bert's again. I needed my hose pipe in my backyard moved down to make room for a deck. I assumed it would be a hassle and would probably take a while to get me in, so it was a wonderful surprise when Cindy asked if that afternoon worked for me! Adrian came by for an estimate, but was actually able to complete my entire request then and there! He even went a step further and offered to get into the crawlspace to see if the pipe could be moved inside the foundation, so it wouldn’t be an issue for me at all. He did and he could, and now I have a hidden hose pipe with only the spigot visible. It looks amazing and I am still a happy customer.

Being a general contractor it’s been great having Bert and his company do projects for us. Always reliable, communicative, on time with everything. Definitely would recommend them to

I needed to replace a shower valve which was outdated, Adrian came out same day and found a New shower kit that would compliment the rest of the bathroom, He came back on Sunday to install. He was great in communicating throughout, on time on both occasions, completed the work quickly and to a high standard and left the bathroom spotless. Completely happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

Rick was on time , went straight to the source of the problem and snaked 50” then after examining the drain pipes told me the problem is the old drain pipes left from the previous contractor remolding the bathroom . He gave me great advise !

I cannot believe how easy and above board and honest and efficient this was!! It was like a business transaction from decades ago!!
I called, I was given a quote, the appt time was only in a 1.5 hr range starting 20 min from when I called!! I was text arrival time in minutes and the information and picture of my service agent do I felt safe opening the door! He was kind and listened and got it done!!! There were complications and instead of just adding costs he tried different ways and made it happen!! My quote did not have a done added to it! He cleaned up after! And added a 30 day warranty!
I can not tell you how beyond impressed I am!!! This is what it’s supposed to be like and even more!!!

Rick was able to do his best to clear the blockage in the storm drain. But unfortunately the drain may have compromised due plant roots. Appreciate his efforts!

This was our first experience with Rooter Man. Raul C. showed up on time, asked the right questions, and advised us of what needed to be done to resolve our issue. He prepped the area and took precautions to not make any mess during the fix. After confirming that the problem was resolved he cleaned his equipment and the area and answered our questions to help to not repeat the issue.

They published $49 Dlls and then came and made a story about need it to bring a bunch of stuff that they did not had in the car etc and went from $49 to $700, the snake they had was 25ft I had to go myself to home depot to rent a 75ft long enough to make the job, and it worked just fine, they now they need a longer snake they just get you with that, please be more specific in your website.
