I don’t believe this company can be trusted. They deceive customers. After completing repairs and receiving dissatisfied clients, they tell those clients the names of other companies so that the reviews are left for someone else instead of them.
They present themselves as another company.

The initial diagnostic review was efficient & quick, cost waived if proceeding with service, service now complete (today). Only now learning that a $400+ part/labor cost is warranted for only 90 days which is utterly ridiculous considering WHIRLPOOL sates replacement parts & labor therein should be warranted 12 months from a certified repair co.

When inquiring with co., they said they are not a ‘Whirlpool’ repair company., however, they’re an ‘authorized’ repair entity. This nebulous nefarious business tactic does not work for me, mgr. reached out via text about customer satisfaction & dismissed my valid factual concern & reasoning. I regret not using Whirlpool for a general same price + 12 months, but need the machine fixed quickly.

First they quoted be $95 dollars just to come and inspect my refriderator. After I told them "no thank you", they dropped to $75 and I settled for $65. How quick they came down...Then they arrive at my house and inform me that my door needs a NEW SPRING & HINGE. They tell me its a two man job because they have to remove the door for the installation of the spring and hinge. SURE. OK. Then they quote me $752 for the repair. They then brought it down to $700 even. From the get go, I knew in my gut that something doesn't seem right. I called a second applicance repair company and they were going to charge me $50 for the inspection. So I met the second repair company. After literaly 5 mins looking at my door. He noticied the spring was not set properly. He then removed the spring and installed the same one correctly. PROBLEM SOLVED. MY DOOR NOW CLOSES PROPERLY.
This company tried to take advantage of me. THEY SAW MY HOME AND REFRIDERATOR; THOUGHT THEY CAN RIP ME OFF! BEWARE of their SCAM!
