If I could rate 0, I would. These guys are crooks! They quoted me over $1,100 to fix my ice maker. They said it needed to be replaced and that it would take 2 technicians. I called Caesars Appliance Repair for a second opinion. They fixed the ice maker for $150! A plastic part had broken and needed to be replaced. Not the whole ice maker. Also, they say they give a quote on the spot, but they do not. I guess they have to meet to decide how much to rip the customer off for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNETHICAL!

Do not call this place for LG refrigerator repair. They can't fix a simple ice maker issue , with no plumbing or other problem involved. And the worse part it cost me $125 dollars for the visit only to be told he cant fix it.

I reached out last night as my freezer was dripping water and have been doing that for a while. I liked that the visit fee is waived if I moved forward with the job. Alexander called me when he was on his way. He was very professional, and friendly. He explained what was happening gave me a quote and went to work. He showed me what was happening as well as gave me tips on how to avoid that from happening again. The job took around an hour, everything was left clean and payment was easy. I saved the number right after the job was finished. I will definitely use them again.

IF THEY SHOW THIS LITTLE RESPECT, THESE ARE NOT THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOU SHOULD BE ALLOWING INTO YOUR HOME.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience. Their technician who has multiple complaints already, came for our back tenant’s washer repair “not ours” and aggressively rang and banged on our door when no one answered. He was not in uniform and was not in a marked company vehicle. My wife was home alone with our children and understandably SCARED.

He raised his voice, repeatedly demanded we “confirm the address,” told her to “hurry up,” and even asked if she was “hard of hearing.” The entire interaction is recorded on our Ring camera.

With the number of fraudulent “service workers” involved in home invasions, families are on high alert.. and rightfully so. In a household ready to protect themselves, aggressive behavior like this puts everyone at risk, including your own employees. Confusion about an entrance does not justify intimidation.

When I called, the representative apologized but also seemed to defend his behavior. That says a lot about the company’s standards.

I called them out to come do a diagnostic and to do a full service clean of my machine. I made sure when I called and talked to the receptionist that they could do both. They diagnostic me that a repair would cost me almost $400 and when I went online to find the piece and purchased it myself, it was only $20. I called them back since they said the $95 they charged me could be used towards the service of the machine. When they called back, they said that was not correct. The money could only be used towards the $400 charge and that they no longer offer service of machines. They just simply told me I needed to use the washer tablets and run the clean cycle and that was all I had to do with the service machine. It was absolutely a lie, and the guy just sat there and argued with me and that the $95 only covered the diagnostic. Again, I knew it was just a small little piece of plastic that I broke because I was clumsy, and again that piece of plastic only cost me $20. I do not recommend the service at all. Yes they showed up at my house quickly but in the end did not do anything to help me with repair repair.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The technician not only fixed my appliance quickly but also gave me useful tips on how to maintain it and avoid future issues. It’s rare these days to find such professionalism and dedication. The office staff were courteous and made sure I was updated every step of the way. I’ve dealt with other repair companies before, but this one clearly sets a new standard. I will be a returning customer without question.

So dryer wasn’t cutting it and wife made an appointment for them to come by while unfortunately being at work. 45 minutes later after replacing a gas coil we are out 280$ along with sense of comfort when the technician called my wife beautiful, complimented her skin complexion, then asked to clean her glasses? I’ve never paid this much to be weirded out so thoroughly. Dryer is working well now so props to that though.

This is a fraudulent company. They are performing bait and switch tactics. Inhadeca dryer problem. The tech came out and said it was just a simple control unit issue. He said he fixed it and problem resolved to me. Then it broke down the next day. I called them back and they sent another tech out. He diagnosed the problem as the control unit needed. replacement. So they wanted $314 dollars more. This is what the first tech should have done is diagnose the problem. The second tech agreed with me and said it was wrong for the company he worked for to do this. I have his statement recorded. Please beware of this company's criminal tactics. I have called the district attorney and spoke with a person who takes fraud calls. Case pending for now. Be aware of these scams!! Update just received a case number from the district attorneys office.
