This guy did a great job! He was polite and competent and knew exactly what was needed to fix my appliance. He was friendly and very hardworking. The whole company is very well organized and they were able to give me a next day appointment. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. They are great.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Do not get lured in by their low service call fee. The repairmen are extremely incompetent. In addition, the representatives I talked to were very unprofessional, deceptive, and provided me with fraudulent information.

I requested a repair on my refrigerator and the repairman noted I need a new circuit board and condenser fan. The refrigerator was still malfunctioning a few days later and I requested the repairman to return. He noted the condenser had a leak and it would cost more than a new refrigerator than to repair it. He and a representative assured me I would receive a refund less the $60 cost of a service call. At this point I was very understanding and it made sense that I should at least have to pay for the service call. I asked why the repairman didn't test the condenser initially for a leak on his first visit and he replied, "I don't know." That type of response seemed suspicious.

The next few weeks I called the company over a dozen times requesting an update on my refund status. I was told it was being processed. I asked to be connected to a manager or someone in billing and was told that's not possible.

Finally, I was texted a pdf file of a Zelle confirmation for my refund. The confirmation letter appears fraudulent and created using Photoshop as I never received any form of payment. I originally paid by credit card and this company couldn't (wouldn't) issue me a refund on my card.

I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission against this company. If I don't seek adequate compensation, then I will begin the process of filing a claim in Small Claims Court.

Came after hours same day, ordered washer part and installed it at my time if choosing. Helped to unclog water drain pipe the same dayI. would gladly recommend Ralph for your next appliance repair

My microwave broke and Paul came out within two hours to fix it! He was very knowledgeable and told me he could fix it, but it would be less money if I just got a new one. So, I ran to Best Buy to pick one up and he waited! He installed the new microwave, it was a but complicated due to my cabinetry, but he did it perfectly. I highly recommend REON appliance repair! I have saved his number and will refer him to anyone I know who needs appliance repair. He does ALL appliances. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
