This is the best maid service I’ve ever had. I’ve had them for almost ten years and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. They work so hard and clean impeccably. And are so kind. Ashley who runs the office accommodates all your needs. Even in moments when I’ve had to cancel last minute due to an emergency- she is so caring and gets right back to you. I love these maid and highly recommend them.

I understand that to run a cleaning service professionally it requires insurance, transportation, and staying stocked on supplies.

But unfortunately, these days hiring a cleaning service versus an individual just often doesn’t pay and this was a case in point:

I have a 900 square-foot quaint little condominium that requires at most two hours with two people cleaning it.

I also have all of my own cleaning supplies, fully stocked, and actually enjoy buying the nontoxic and upscale versions of cleaning supplies to keep my place as healthy as possible. There’s a big difference between clean and healthy when it comes to American cleaning supplies.

The quote that I got was outrageous, for a 900 square-foot condominium one bedroom, one and a half bath, the charge would’ve come to $600.

That’s because they charged $280 per hour to send over a crew of 3 to 4 women.

They’re literally was about a five second silence when she gave me the quote and I suppose if one is doing a deep clean or wealthy enough to afford this kind of rate for a cleaning service, kudos. But almost $300 an hour for a tiny condo?

Highly recommend GRB CLEANING, woman owned, cleaning crew of two, for the outstanding and reasonable price of $180 for three hours – and they did an incredible job.

Dishonest. They gave me the price of $280 and charged me $560 without my consent. My place was still very dirty after they were here. Window was not neglected. I contacted them after I realized they charged me without my consent and left the place still dirty. They refused refund me the half which I was not aware of. They refused to communicate.

I used another company a year later when a deep clean was needed. Only paid for $200. I tipped an extra $100.

Stay away.

The Maids are fantastic. I do my own cleaning, but two years in a row now, they have come in to do a big Spring Cleaning - and wow. It's very thorough, and pretty amazing. Highly recommend.
