Very professional company. They keep you well informed about your appointment time. Every technician who has come has bee courteous and competent. I have the membership so they did a plumbing inspection and pointed out some issues. One of which I had him repair that day. They provide professional quotes right away as well. Very trustworthy.

Tony came to inspect the dampers in our HVAC air ducts. He took excellent videos which he shared with us and explained in detail what was happening. We were able to visually see the problem and Tony took the time to explain exactly how the system should work and what needed to be fixed. Tony seems very knowledgeable about the system and we feel confident that he will do everything possible ensure the problem gets fixed.

Great service as usual. Our system is still under warranty so thankfully the service call was covered. Unfortunately as soon as the technician showed up things started working again... Doh! But I appreciate their quick, friendly and hassle-free service, and technician Tony made sure the unit had no visible issues otherwise.

Personable, punctual, and quickly unclogged our kitchen sink. The service was fully covered by our maintenance plan.

12/9/25 The HVAC technician, Tony, was also great! He completed our annual heater maintenance, and tried to help me with an unrelated technical issue with my thermostat. The only issue: The company sent him over at 8:30AM, and my appointment was from 12-4PM. I work an overnight shift from home, so...yeah. Anyway, it's not his fault, but I'm mentioning it so ProFlo pays closer attention to scheduling in the future.

We had a routine check up on our heater today through our membership. Not only would I recommend the membership to any and everyone, I would if I could recommend Jose M. for his incredible service today. He took his time checking my system, gave me a detailed summary of the findings, and made sure before he finished that he addressed all of my concerns. Great experience!

The installation was completed before I knew it – quick, efficient, and seamless! As a bonus, he offered a quick check on my plumbing, which I'm incredibly grateful for. He spotted my dishwasher hose coming loose from the garbage disposal, the disposal not fully screwed on, and even some rust in my upstairs bathroom (which I'm now scheduling to fix). Without his thorough inspection, I likely would have faced bigger issues down the road.

I had an emergency last night when the seal at the bottom of my toilet broke and water started leaking out. I called several plumbing companies, and ProFlo Plumbing was the first to respond.

Their technician, Brandon, came out today and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge of plumbing—he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He was also very courteous and patient, taking the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.

Tony was fabulous! He explained everything clearly and gave options and recommendations to get our upstairs heater working again. We had service contract with a company that left California without notifying us, and even though we lost money with the old company, it ended up being a blessing in disguise. Proflo stepped in and gave us a good price to get the job done. We felt comfortable with Tony in our home and would 100% use them again!

Tony and Mario came to clean my air conditioner units. They did an excellent job 👏, explaining everything that was to be done, they asked permission to move anything that was in the way of cleaning, showed me all the pictures of before and after. I am very pleased with them. Very polite, new their job well. They are a keeper. Great costumer service 👏 very respectful. Now I can breathe better, knowing that all that dust is gone.
