I had an amazing experience with ProFlo, especially with my technician, Jose M. He was a kind person who answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. He also explained the causes of improper maintenance on HVAC’s and my only issue with Jose is that I didn’t meet him sooner. But thankfully was able to work with him and I was super satisfied! And my cats liked him and that was a plus!

ProFlo has been so great since they installed a completely brand new system for us on our fixer upper. In the past three weeks we have had them out twice; once for routine maintenance and once for an issue we discovered upon returning from vacation. In both of these most recent visits the technician, Tony, was professional and extremely pleasant. He asked permission for things when needed, explained himself thoroughly, and made sure we knew 100% of what he was doing and why. Our experiences with everyone from people answering phones, to technicians has been nothing short of outstanding. Highly recommend these guys!

Tech Tony, was an excellent communicator, called before arrival even accommodated my slight change in time. He was polite, professional, clear in explanation of problem and solution to our malfunctioning AC unit, answered my questions , emailed me the quote for AC unit replacement. The only reason I have removed a star is that the written quote was "cagy": devoid of some important data about the 13K unit such as make, model, SEER rating, Very important for comparison and decision making for such large purchase. This very likely is a company policy and unrelated to the tech personally who provided excellent service in assessing the AC .

Plow wheel cleaning after inspection of furnace. Photos provided before and after cleaning. Explained the mechanics of the clean air system/furnace. Professional and efficient. Tony was very good answering my questions, on time, and efficient.

Our HVAC was dead in the water over the weekend, extreme heat advisories and all. We had to sweat it out! I called, they inspected and consulted same-day, and had the old gas-powered heating unit and exterior condenser unit replaced the very next day. There was water damage and some light construction that also had to be handled as a result of the dead system, that was also handled as a part of their next-day efforts. Even installed the Google Nest I bought earlier in the week as a part of it. Very good turn-around and no surprises. We are cooling again!!!

The caliber of the staff at proflo is unmatched. Everyone is so friendly and dedicated. Victoria in the main office is so nice and really on top of everything.

Got to say that Steven did a really good and clean job. I waited a couple of months before I wrote a review because I wanted to make sure his work was going to last. So far so good. I had a little bit of trouble with scheduling at the beginning of the job and was about to look for a different company when one of the owners called to apologize. Made me feel a lot better about the misunderstanding and I'm happy we moved forward. Very, very rare that I give someone 5 stars. Thanks Steven

We had a problem with a leak under our kitchen sink that neither we nor our own handyman could find the cause for. We were so desperate for a solution. JP from PROFLO came out and solved the problem! He was very courteous, helpful, persistent, and knowledgeable! We are so grateful for his solution.

Update: October 2025 J.P. And Tony were incredible today! They came on time and fixed our furnace and gas line. Thank you so much! Pro-Flo is amazing! We have been using them for years! We highly recommend them for Plumbing and HVAC!

Jamie and his crew from ProFlo were amazing! Jamie’s communication was excellent throughout the process of replacing our HVAC system, water heater, showers, sinks, tubs, pipes , hose bibs, etc. in our home.
They are professional, on time, knowledgeable, clean, and very easy to work with. I felt comfortable with them in our home. They are fast, efficient and we now have brand new major appliances in our home that will last for decades to come!

Tony was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and didn’t mind educating me (a lot!) along the way. Tony got our AC back up and running quickly. Tony is a great guy and took good care of me. He was thorough and found an issue that the prior installers missed. And he recapped when he was finished and sent me notes. There should be more Tony’s in ProFlo.
