Within minutes of their investigation, the two service people, who had decades of experience, were able to problem solve a dilemma that has plagued our HVAC system for years. Multiple HVAC service people have attempted different solutions with no success and plenty of money. From now on, we will be going to Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning.

Very very professional, quick service ,excellent communication used their service for 25 years and will continue to wonderful people to work with.

Tech arrived in less than an hour from my call for AC service. He was friendly and efficient. Diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and was on his way in 15 minutes. Can’t beat that for service! My house is cool again.

On time. Knew what they were doing. Courteous. Fixed everything for agreed amount and cleaned up afterward! I would highly recommend them.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this situation deserves to be shared so others are aware. My wife scheduled an annual maintenance service for our AC, which we paid for upfront.
When the technician came out, he said a part wasn’t working and told my wife it would cost $325. There was no breakdown of labor vs. part cost just $325 for the part. Later, we found that exact same part online for around $15.

We understand companies have overhead and charge for expertise that’s not the issue. The issue is transparency and how this situation was handled.
What really disappointed me was that when my wife left an honest review about her experience, the owner called her not to make things right, but to tell her to take the review down and he would come back, remove the part, and refund her the money.
That’s not good customer service, that’s just bad business.
We’re not interested in doing business with this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

The ac in my vacation rental went out and advanced was able to come out within a few hours of calling them. They had it fixed in about 15 minutes for a fair cost. Great service, I’ll definitely use them again!

Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning is a great company. They have installed air conditioning in our home on 2 different occasions. We have a large 2 story home which was built in 2004. We used their services to replace our upstairs unit in 2022 and again in 2025 for our downstairs air conditioner. They are very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

It's very disappointing to leave this 1 star review but It is important for me to leave my honest review based on my experience. I reached out to Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning to get a quote on lifting my ac condenser 4 inches off the ground. I received a prompt response from Denise, who was very nice and provided me with a quote after gathering all of my information. After reviewing various quotes from other companies, I decided to hire them. I was given a date and time (11am-1pm). That day when 1pm came no one showed up, and I received no status update so I reached out to Denise at 1:15pm to confirm that the techs were still coming. I don't see why me the customer has to reach out to get my own updates and communication on why or when the techs will show up. She then apologized and said "my guys are running a little behind, they should arrive around 3pm." Again, I proceed to wait and understood that stuff happens however 3pm comes by then 4pm and they finally showed up at 4:15pm! The guys were very friendly and honest workers I don't knock them for it or their work because it's not their fault. This more so falls on the business itself for the lack of communication and empathy. I had to miss work and I asked for an inconvenience discount of $25 which was denied by the "owner." Denise as the manager should have authority to override and honor this. I myself work in customer service and this was just a horrible experience. They lost a future customer over $25... incredibly disappointing how they were very quick to get my business and once things go sour (because of their lack of communication) they refuse to do things right.

Very polite and helpful! They fixed my air conditioner issue right away and explained everything in detail. I felt that I was in very good hands and definitely plan to use them again for future needs!

After our new AC system was installed, we noticed that the unit downstairs was not cooling anymore. The Advanced team did amazing job at isolating our AC leak which was caused by a different contractor after installing our floors. Once they found it they were able to repair it. Our AC unit is all good now. Thank you Advanced team for a thorough and complete job. Really appreciate working with a professional team like you.

The service call for a heating issue we had was scheduled for the day after I called in. Both technicians were knowledgeable and personable and offered excellent suggestions for future maintenance and possible replacement of our system when the time is right. They solved our issue quickly and at a very affordable rate. Wow, an AC company you can actually rely upon. These guys were there on time and took care of the issue immediately for little cost. I would recommend them to all businesses in the Inland Valley.

We have been having issues with our Goodman AC sporadically not turning on and even more issues trying to find an AC company that could solve the problem. After two other AC people who had no clue what was wrong we called ADVANCED HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. From the person who answered the phone to Ryan who came out we knew we finally found the solution. They were able to send someone out within the hour and he was actually 30 min early. Ryan knew exactly what the issue was when I explained what had been happening. 30 minutes later our ac was fixed! Best experience all the way around! Thank you!!!

Found them on Yelp. Fast response to my request. I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. Danny was very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars all around. On time, and honest. Definitely will use them again for our ac/heating needs.

Team was super quick and informative. Prices are fair and service was amazing from the first phone call to installation.

Overall great company. When getting a quote, they were upfront with the pricing and provided a detailed breakdown without trying to obscure anything. Their quotes were extremely competitive and it was worth every penny given the workmanship of those who did the job. The house was left clean and they organized the testing to get all of the permits cleared. Every person I interacted with throughout the process was nice, and the quality of work was great.

They were friendly quick and efficient. Danny was communicative, honest and the the kind of guy you’d like to have a beer with after work. I would recommend this company for all of these reasons but the personal communication stands out as it is more rare these days.
