I worked with Klaus and he was awesome! My AC was not properly cooling at the time. I did a few checks myself but couldn't get it figured out. This was during a heatwave when mid-day temps were up near 100 degrees so I was in serious need of a fix. After a brief phone call, Klaus was able to be out at my house same-day within 2-4 hours. He diagnosed the problem within the first 10 min of arriving and had it fixed and back up and running properly another 10 min later. I will be using Klaus and his company for any future needs and would highly recommend for anyone else based on his knowledge, response time and professionalism. Thanks Klaus and Airworx!

I contacted Airworx after coming home from vacation to find one of our AC units not working. Klaus responded immediately to me, and scheduled time to come out the next morning.

Klaus arrived early the next morning, and was very polite. Within 10 minutes he showed me what the problem was, along with another issue that needed immediate attention. Klaus was honest and fair with his services, showing where there was a big fire hazard and wiring issue. Klaus fixed both issues, and serviced both of our units, getting us back into cooler weather.

Airworx will now be the first people I call when I have HVAC needs or annual servicing, and the first people I recommend if anyone asks.

Would recommend to anyone that wants trustworthy, straightforward, skilled work done on their systems. On time, polite, and capable. They did exactly what they were hired to do, and even went above and beyond to both notice a problem and fixed it, at no additional cost! Integrity is hard to come by these days, but not with Airworx!

Called Klaus Tuesday evening to make an appointment and even with a short notice he was here the next morning! Not only did he take the time to explain the quote and the equipment he was able to have his guys install two days later!! His crew was respectful and very knowledgeable even with having to deal with the heat in the middle of the summer as well as in my house. They are prompt, courteous, and immediately fixed my elderly mothers heating problem in October so I called them again as her air conditioner had gone out (in July) - 85 degrees inside for my elderly mother is not healthy or safe! Klaus, the owner of the company responded to our after hours call because his guys had been working all day in the heat. Klaus had worked all day also, but decided to help us out. Our AC also worked all day and did not cool down the house, which I knew was going to cost me a bundle on my electric bill. Klaus discovered the problem, fixed the problem and scheduled a follow up appointment to further improve our AC system at my request. He was professional and personable and did not rush despite his busy schedule. Hands down the best experience with an AC repair company ever. Called Frankie up on a Monday in the middle of a 100 degree heat wave. he said he was responding to calls from the weekend but would try to squeeze me in. He got here about 2 pm, replaced the capacitor and had the house cooling off in 10 minutes. I'd call him again if I needed a heating or air repair.

My a/c wasn't cooling like it should. I called him and he came out the same day and told me right away what it was. He said it might or might not be covered by my warranty and did not charge me at all. He definitely does right by the customer so he allowed me to call my warranty and see what they will say. You can tell he cares about his customers and doesn't just want to make quick buck! Thank you
