FAST AFFORDABLE AND PROFESSIONAL! I love these guys. They came out the same day that I called and took care of my air conditioning. I was worried about fading away in a 100 degree house. Besides, they are cute.

Had an appointment that they were to show up between 7:30 - 9:30 am, no show. I called and said the person was running late and said he would show soon. He never came and when I called back they said he had to return to last job. No one called to say there was a delay and the person I talked to said her manager said she didn't have to call. I did this out of courtesy to a friend of the wife.

When it comes to heating and air there is no one else I'd call. My heater wouldn't turn on after replacing the batteries in my thermostat and my house was freezing I called Klaus and he sent someone over right away fixed the problem and all for a reasonable price. Airworx is the only company when it comes to heating and air conditioning. Very professional

I am so happy I called Airworx to fixed my air conditioner. Klaus is so knowledgeable and friendly, best he is so honest. Klaus came to my home find the problem is need to replace R22-TXV and recharged Freon. Only two days, he fixed problem and now my AC works like new unit!

I had AHS home warranty. June 11, when my AC was down, I called AHS and paid $100 for service call fee. AHS send their contractor to repair the unit. The technician came three times and can’t really find the problem. Finally July 9 the technician said that the condenser needs to replace. AHS denied to pay for it. The truth is the condenser has no problem at all! Don’t buy home warranty from AHS. They are just not going to stand behind you when you have problem!

From phone call to completion - This company has a superior systematic procedure of taking care of things, same day. Got a text on schedule window. Braden and Alec showed up and took care of business, right away. Explained each phase of what they were doing. After 3 calls to other HVAC Companies that could not schedule us in, I called Airworx and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Pretty impressive considering this was during a heat wave. They found the issue and got our A/C working again. Highly recommended.

The greatest detail about this company is punctuality. Professional help and where I come from I’d know . You can’t beat having a great contractor they’re far and few between. They take the time to solve any problems and not just throw a pricey idea at it . They know we need our comfort asap . Very thankful and hope everyone reads this report .

Our heat pump stopped working yesterday evening. I spent the following morning researching AC repair services and was becoming worried I wouldn’t find anyone to come out that day. I noticed AIRWORX’s information and expected another “we can’t get someone out there until early next week” - a statement you dread in a Temecula summer. I called AIRWORX and they said they could have a technician at my place between 10 and 12 that morning! I made the appointment and they called back to state that the technician could be out there about 30 minutes earlier than expected and asked if that was “okay”…a Temecula summer and no AC? Yeah it’s okay to come earlier than planned :). Forrest arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue and I had cool air within 30-minutes. I can’t say enough positive about AIRWORX, from the administrative experience to the quick and helpful service provided by the technician! With an experience that good, my wife and I are now considering having them replace our older unit and re-duct some areas of the house. AIRWORX will always be my go-to for prompt, helpful service!

Klaus at Airrworx saved my mom on a 100 degree day. It was the end of the work day, my 89 year old mom’s air conditioning broke. I called. Outstanding service. My ac stopped working and they told me they could be here first thing in the morning, but i asked them if they could come today and they were at my house and done with the repair within the hour. The tech even gave me a discount. Needless to say I am very pleased with this company and will call them again in the future.

Klaus was awesome! We called another company first and they said we needed to spend over $10,000 to get our air conditioning up and running again but it seems fishy to us so we called Airworx for a second opinion. Turned out we only needed a $200 repair and their air conditioning was up and running again! We will be calling you for all of our future needs!

I messaged them on Yelp and within 5 mins they responded back with a date and time (next day) they would be able to repair my HVAC system. The technician arrived early and repaired the system in less than 15 minutes and made some suggestions for maintenance. Would definitely recommend.
