When I called on Monday that our AC unit was not working, I was thinking they were going to schedule someone within the week (like other companies), but I was very pleased to hear that they were going to send someone the next day. Lawrence H. was able to fix it the first day. However, the following day, the AC didn't turn on, so our technician returned. Considering that we have an older unit, there were more complications where parts had to be replaced. He was able to change the parts with no extra charge saving us hundreds of dollars. Lawrence H. did a great job to resolve our problem and fix the AC unit...His customer service was impeccable...Kind, respectful, hardworking, and trustworthy. I would recommend using this company as our "go to" with AC and heating issues.

After having multiple issues with the heating and A/C in our unit, Anthony was sent out to resolve the issue. I can say that, from opening the door, we were in the right hands. Anthony was beyond caring and courteous, very friendly. He had a mission to make sure my family would taken care of this winter and went above expectations. Very thankful for the technician you guys sent out, if another issue does arise I hope we can get the same level of care Anthony gave us.

I had Air Temp Specialist replace an a/c & heater unit in my home several years ago. I reached out to Mike Poe on some work that was out of warranty. Mike and his crew went above and beyond to help replace a pipe that failed. Along the way, they were prompt, friendly and courteous. They come highly recommended, in my book! GREAT JOB! Thank you

We had another air conditioning service come out to just do a seasonal maintenance special and they told us our entire unit needed to be replaced along with the ducting...for thousands! They actually caused damage! I called and asked for Brandon to come out again because he had helped us earlier in the season with a small problem. He was able to fix the problem quite easily and saved us a fortune. When it truly is time to replace we will definitely use Air Temperature Specialists. You can trust them and they are very professional. I highly recommend them.

I manage commercial shopping centers in Orange County and LA County, and I've used Air Temperature Specialists to service, repair, and replace my (26) 3, 4, and 5 ton combo heat pump / ac units for over 5 years. They are consistently competitive with their pricing. When I check them against other companies, as I do once every three or four jobs, they are always at or below other estimates. Plus, they are reliable, fast, and consistent. I have replaced 8 large commercial AC units through Air Temperature Specialists, and they always do it well, and on time. Their techs and their dispatchers are kind, respectful, and knowledgeable, with great attitudes. I highly recommend them for residential or commercial use.

These guys are the best--hands down! From their scheduling to the service every step was seamless. They actually gave me a thirty minute arrival window; not the usual all day waiting around like most companies. Their plumber was kind and knowledgeable. I had the incorrect part but lucky for me he had a fully stocked van with the right equipment. This is the only company I'll use in the future!

Christina and Joel were extremely pleasant at our household, and furthermore they were miraculously available during the heat wave (everybody else was booked out 2 weeks out or worse). I needed to replace my 16 year old AC unit which tanked on the hottest day of the year. Air Temperature Specialists came out the next morning, assessed my situation and recommended a phenomenal energy efficient unit as a replacement. The very next day Anthony and Jeff were at my house installing the new unit. Installation only took 2 hours and things were getting back to normal. They were extremely professional and courteous. Explained the details of my new unit and the various benefits I'd be receiving because my new unit is many times more efficient than my old one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great company with excellent customer service, from the girls in the office to Jeff the skilled, friendly, and considerate technician who repaired our AC.
I would highly recommend Air Temp Specialists, and will use them again anytime in the future if needed.
We had our AC system damaged by a hack warranty company trying to shake us down for unneeded costs. We called Air Temp Specialists for a second opinion, and Jeff came in to the rescue! He had us back online in a few hours, and months later the system is still running perfectly.

Hired Air Temp Specialists to replace my 30 year old furnace and AC. Josh and Austin showed up right on time as scheduled. They were very professional. It took about 8 hours to complete the the job. 11/19/2021 UPDATE: My apartment complex needed assistance with a water heater and since we had such an amazing experience using Air Temperature Specialist in the past, we reached out again for some assistance again. Anthony and Tim were sent over to assist us and they were so incredibly amazing. They got the hot water restored within a short time. They had the most amazing customer service. I cannot recommend Anthony and Tim enough. My apartment complex will not use anyone else. We are now a loyal customer to Air Temperature Specialist!

Our office building has been out of air for months and for the last several weeks we have had numerous vendors out to provide a proposal for repairs and replacements. We have received all different responses on potential solutions but none that resulted in an immediate solution. Tim came out and was provided the scope of work in advance but took it upon himself to investigate further to provide an accurate proposal. During that investigation he found that the problem was a transformer swap that got our air going again within minutes. Our team was so happy to finally have air again especially going into the warmer days ahead. I live in a 55 and above apartment complex in RSM. Air Temperature is currently doing maintenance on our building. They are replacing a pump in that required the water to be shut off. Over my years here at my apartment complex the water has been shut off numerous times. Please tell your employees THANK YOU for leaving the cold water on during this repair.
