We had them do a full inspection on our furnace and air conditioner yesterday. We opted to replace the furnace due to its age. Jay came out this afternoon to do some measurements and get the paperwork prepared and signed. While he was sitting down doing the paperwork on his tablet, our male kitty Tigger jumped up on his lap and proceeded to sniff every inch of him, rubbing all over him and purring his head off. Jay just laughed it off but I think he enjoyed the attention he was getting from our kitty. Just goes to show you that not only is this company super easy to work with and with very quick service and very fair pricing … but they are also very pet-friendly!

Pedro Espinoza was amazing! He responded immediately and arrived on time and totally solved my 90 year old mother's heater thermostat issue. He went above and beyond to get her what she needed in record speed. On top of that, he was so friendly and thorough. What a find!

We're in the middle of selling our home and found out we needed to have our A/C repaired. I was worried it was going to cost a couple thousand but that wasn't the case. Adam was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it for just a few hundred dollars. I will definitely use them again.

Shane came to our rescue. He took the time out of his busy schedule to fix our water heater problem. He knows how hard it is not having hot water in the house. Shane came in a day earlier than scheduled and fixed the problem in no time. Wife is happy. No more boiling water in the pot. Yippee!
