Professional and straight to the point with no pushy sales tactics. They did a comprehensive exam of our attic and related AC systems with photos and metered tests. We had a small leak, they informed us of our options including fill up coolant, adding dye and coolant, and future options for a more appropriate sized cooling system based on our houses need. Pricing was on the high side for the refrigerant but considering the quality and professionalism of the service provider, we moved forward with the “fill up” option only as we are likely to replace the entire system in the coming months. Hats off to Manny Ponce and his partner on providing superior customer service.
