Jose N. came out the very same day I called Proflow. He was thorough in his inspection and answered all my questions with a smile. He sent me an estimate the same day. The following day, he fixed our clogged drains. . I would highly recommend Jose. He is great at his job and answered all my questions.

As usual PROFLO ac heating and plumbing were timely, friendly, helpful! I had Jose Mendoza as my tech this visit and he gets 5 stars too. I use no one else for all my mechanical contractor needs!

ProFlo replacing our decades old A/C system with a far more efficient heat pump system was a 3 week journey that began with quotes from 4 installers.

One installer quoted a 4-day job, another never responded to a follow-up question about rebates, and another would have been hired if not for a slightly higher quote amount ( huge shout-out to Robert at Kinetic Air ).

Bryan and his office staff ( specifically Victoria ) answered every question, he showed up twice to address concerns, included the rebate without being asked, and upgraded the thermostat without an additional cost. A week after I approved the quote, two employees arrived at 810 and were done by 5. They worked straight through, not even a proper lunch break.

How different the HVAC industry would be if this ProFlo process was a template other contractors used.

JP came out to do our plumbing maintenance and was very professional. He took the time to explain his findings and recommendations. Very knowledgeable and would recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Tony was outstanding! Very knowledgeable friendly. He gave a great customer service. And we had a great custom experience.

Trevor came out recently to address an issue that popped up. He was on-time, communicated well, and did a thorough inspection of my AC system. He was able to diagnose the issue and provide a quick fix. He followed up the next day to be sure all was working well. CJ from the office was also great about keeping me up to speed before Trevor arrived.

On a separate occasion, the service rep, Tony was awesome and very thorough. He sat down with me and reviewed all the important information from the service.

Called ProFlo for emergency with my air conditioner -- had stopped working. Was grateful they could send a technician the same day. Jose and Tony were amazing! They diagnosed and fixed the problem so my A/C was running again by the end of the day! Also ProFlo was having a sale on their memberships which even covered the cost of the visit. Definitely recommend these guys!

Jose Mendoza was a professional, courteous and very knowledgeable technician. He communicated well and was extremely hardworking to make sure he was able to determine the problem. I’m very happy with his work and would welcome him back to assist us anytime.

I scheduled Proflo to come in for an estimate. They were nice on the phone and in texts. They confirmed my 8-12 appointment and never showed up. I called to get the status and the person said that Erica was on the phone with the technician and would call me back. It never happened. They have potentially lost thousands of dollars. I would not consider them again.

Great company. Super fast response and extremely professional. Jared was awesome. Knowledgeable and honest about what needed to happen. Came through and installed a new toilet. Fast, & efficient. Everything came out awesome. Will definitely use ProFlo for all my plumbing needs from now on. Highly recommended.

Proflo did the install, so made sense to call them when I was concerned the system wasn't working as expected. Made the appointment Sunday, Tony the One and Only showed up happy Monday morning, and explained everything in detail. The heat pump was working properly, I just needed to be patient.

Tony came over today to service our furnace. He was very thorough. He explained everything to me in a way that I can understand (being that I have no idea about these things). Proflo is very lucky to have a technician like him!

Jose from ProFlo, a plumber, was here today and he did a great job today in figuring out why my tankless water heater wasn’t working properly. Jose said that he and his boss would work with me and get it fixed since it was an installation issue. I really like Pro-Flo because they don’t give me any hassles about our bi-annually inspections and repairs, they are great to work with and are always respectful and professional. I would recommend ProFlo for any questions/repairs concerning plumbing, HVac, heating and air conditioning. The HVAC system and thermostat they installed is fantastic, works well and really easy to do. I have the app on my phone and can control the air from anywhere I’m at. Thank you ProFlo.

Very pleased with the professional install team at ProFlo. My furnace install was a challenging one given the small space available, however this install team did a fantastic job and I am very pleased. They communicated well with me, answered all my questions and worked extremely clean. When they finished my house was tidy and back in order. These guys are focused and aim to please. This is the second time I have had ProFlo out for preventive maintenance and I am very satisfied with their service. This time Tony was the technician and he was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I also signed up for their maintenance plan, which seems like a great way to stay on top of my heating and cooling system and keep everything running smoothly. They do seem to be on the higher end when it comes to price, but you are paying for quality service and peace of mind.

Jose N was professional, assisted me in identifying the best service to fit my needs and my budget, gave me quotes on additional services I inquired on, gave me a complete breakdown and understanding of the work to be completed and the value of it being completed. I never received any pressure for services I did not want and able to get the work scheduled to occur within the tight timeline I was operating on. Also, he took the time to educate me on the current system I have in place without making me feel incompetent, which I appreciated greatly. I would definitely recommend to others.

Had Proflo install a new package unit on my home. The installation team was amazing. Carlos keep me updated the whole process and did a very clean and neat job. They were able to match the existing roof equipment so I did not need to hire a roofer. Great job, great team, excellent service.
