Steer clear of this outfit. Our refrigerator stopped running on a Saturday, and we arranged a service appointment for Sunday AM. The appointment was confirmed by email. It is now Tuesday PM and we are still waiting for someone to show up. No show, no call, no explanation and certainly no apology. This "business," if you can call it that, deserves zero stars, but Google doesn't give that option.

My husbands worst nightmare The installer didnt have the correct tools used my tools. He drilled a huge hole in the wall then dropped the butterfly anchors in the wall. The mistakes continued for two days.

Water Heater issues. I have been using Mr. Appliance for over 10 years now and never a problem. Very dependable, professional, and do great work. Never had to have them come out to repair what they already fix. Highly Recommend
