Jorge was fantastic! I called yesterday to make an appointment for a microwave install, Jorge answered when I called, gave me all the details and set an appointment for Thursday (2 days later) Jorge called me later the same day and was able to come, today, (next day!) and install my microwave. Came at the exact time he said he’d be here, was very friendly and professional. Did a great job! I would definitely use SoCal appliance in the future, highly recommend!!

They showed up on time which was a fantastic start. They explained everything to me amd what the options were. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. I will DEFINITELY be calling them again if I have anymore appliance issues.

Jorge the owner is hands on, excellent communication, great customer service, he had to order a custom sized microwave that fit into my cabinet to replace the broken unit. He took initiative with ordering, measuring, selecting best trim options and communicating. Great Company! Highly recommended!!

Such a great customer experience. He was quick to respond and assess the situation. He quickly diagnosed and solved my problem and was able to have the repair completed much more quickly than I had anticipated.

Had an issue with my washing machine breaking down last Friday September 26tha load of wet cloth locked inside the washer. I contacted several appliance repair companies and the soonest they could respond was a week wait. I called SoCal Appliance Co after seeing some great reviews on Facebook. I had to wait until September 29th due to the weekend. They came out promptly, trouble shot the issue and replaced the pump in a very timely manner. The washing machine was back in service within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend using this company again. Thank you SoCal Appliance.

This company is great! They fit me into their busy schedule by booking my appointment for 6:30 in the morning and they showed up on time. The problem was diagnosed within a few minutes and the repair was equally as fast. I'll use them for my future appliance repair needs.
