I highly recommend Jorge and his guys at So Cal Appliance!!! I had been dealing with a nightmare dryer situation for over a month & unfortunately was scammed by another appliance guy named Jorge. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Once I called So Cal Appliance, I knew I was in good hands. Professional, kind, knowledgeable… and reliable. We will be using So Cal Appliance for all of our repair needs in the future.

Our microwave broke down. I called SoCal Appliances and spoke with George. In a few hours, George was at our house diagnosing the microwave problem. He order the needed parts and the next day he returned to the house and fixed the problem. He also fixed our dishwasher. His fee was very reasonable. George is an honest, friendly & reliable person. I will recommend him to our relatives and friends.

We had the best experience with SoCal Appliance after our kitchen renovation. Jorge reached out ahead of time to ensure everything was in order prior to the installation of our range, microwave, and dishwasher so the entire process went smoothly. He really went above and beyond. Helpful, friendly, and professional service. We will definitely use SoCal Appliance for any projects in the future and highly recommend!

Jorge watched a video we sent him of our dishwasher & was able to diagnose the problem. He also was HONEST and let us know it’d be expensive for them to come out to fix and suggested it’d be cheaper to buy a brand new one. However, thanks to his diagnosis and YouTube, I was able to fix it myself in a few hours. Super thankful for his honesty and we’ll definitely be calling him next time we need something. I highly recommend this company. I had a leaking washing machine. I contacted the company. Jorge returned my call almost immediately. He promptly came out, diagnosed the problem and was thorough in explaining the issue. He needed to order a part. He was back in a few days and fixed the problem. He is friendly, kind and respectful. Quality work isn't cheap! I'm so tired of people thinking they can cut corners to get quality work. Would you drop your prices if you knew you did the best work in town? Doubt it...if you want professional, clean, LEGAL, quality electrical work for your commercial project, consider JDI Electrical. I've been using these guys for years now, and I can tell you these guys are legit. Fair, honest, and ethical. Ignore the bogus 1 star reviews.

Ryan and his team are professional, prompt, communicative and honest. Pretty much everything you’re looking for in a hired professional. They removed an old alarm system and performed a whole house electrical inspection. They also repaired a couple gfci outlets and overhead lights in my kitchen. All done in one visit at a very fair price.

Ryan was recommended by a previous client; and was the only electrician who responded in a reasonable amount of time. Not only did he come in under his original quote, he lowered the price further upon completion of work. His team worked almost around the clock to get us back up and running. He has since become a trusted friend, not only because of his honesty, integrity and work ethic, but because he's a good person. I could not more highly recommend anybody. I have used Lock and Alert a few times and have been 100% satisfied. Ryan is an awesome Electrician who really knows his stuff. We have used Ryan, Joseph and his crew five times to install an outdoor receptical, install new undercounter kitchen lights, install ceiling fans, remove spot lights, replace dimmer switches and replace all kitchen outlets, install puck lights in built in cabinets and mount a 77" TV while moving electrical outlets to new cabinets. We could not be more pleased with the workmanship, professionalism and price.

Assistance League of Temecula Valley had a water incident and it was critical that rebuilding take place as soon as possible so we could open our store once again. Joseph Goularte, owner of Lock&Alert Electrical Systems was recommended to us by Scott Peterson from Home Perfect, and we are so pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. Our building is a converted bowling alley built in the 1980's, so you can imagine that there are "surprises" under nearly every piece of wallboard. Nothing phased Joseph and his electrician, Andrew. They were able to get every electrical socket up and running and ready for the finish work. They also saw some small things that needed to be done for safety, and even though they were not in the proposal, they just did them for us so that we would not have to call him back later. If you are looking for an ethical, professional company that takes pride in it's work, we highly recommend Lock&Alert for any home or commercial electrical needs.
