Kai and Alfredo were fantastic! We had a gas leak from our 15-year-old water heater late one night. We hurriedly got some recommendations from friends and submitted a service request on the website. We heard back first thing in the morning that the technician would be there in the afternoon. Kai came, examined the ancient water heater, clearly explained the issues, and presented us with our replacement options (as we knew we were likely to need). At this point it was late on a Friday afternoon and about to get dark, but we chose one of the options and he called the shop so that it could be installed right then and there to get our hot water back so we didn't have to wait until Monday. They worked until after 7 pm and got it all installed. Looks and functions great. Fantastic and professional job!

Alex did a great job explaining the condition of our air conditioner. He was knowledgeable and very clear in his explanation. He was also incredibly patient, and respectful. I'd ask him to do work in my house without hesitation.

VERY happy customer so much so I signed up for an annual service agreement which means this great company will come out every year to check my water heater and make sure it's all working well. I had Rick come to check on a sink that had a pretty bad leak. After his initial inspection he laid out everything that was wrong with the sink’s piping and told me what would need to be done. He was very helpful because he also explained every step of the process to give me a better understanding of what he was doing. He also gave me insight on some other issues I was having around the house which I appreciated immensely. He was prompt with the initial inspection, grabbing the parts, and the fix itself. He even cleaned up the area he was working in before he left. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Super happy with Kai’s professionalism and customer service. He went above and beyond in servicing our water heaters and helping me with a faucet issue in our bathroom. He offered us the Home Protection Plan which benefits us in many ways and I was appreciative to know of that. Highly recommend him, and hope he comes back out to help us in the future.
