Joel and Ozzy completed a check up and servicing of my two A/C units today. I was very pleased with their excellent and efficient work. They were informative, courteous and reliable. I felt very comfortable with them and appreciated their advice. While one unit may require replacement in the next year, they provided replacement options without pressure. I feel better informed about my systems and would not hesitate to call them again.

Daniel Yanez did an excellent job installing new outdoor lighting & timers, front & back. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Daniel took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand, and He checked in with me regularly to advise how the job was going. In addition he asked me if I liked the results throughout the job to ensure my satisfaction instead of waiting until it was done to get my feedback (which I greatly appreciated). I would definitely use Monkey Wrench again. Thank you Daniel.

Jose was wonderful to work with throughout the process. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. Daniel our electrician rep was quick and included us in all the decisions about placement etc for a lasting benefit. Both were a pleasure to work with, made the whole experience easier. This is for the office only, not the techs! I want to be very clear that the technicians who visited my house were wonderful people — Rick, Jose, and Brian were professional and helpful! However I paid a huge premium for emergency work and then the work performed caused another issue and I was told that there was no one I could even speak to over a weekend so now I need to call another plumber for help. Definitely a scam!!
