During the hottest day of the year the A/C went out at First Baptist Accelerated Academy and we were having no luck finding a company to come out to help us get it running again. We called company after company. Many said they were too busy and others promised to call back, but never did. Our school was facing the possibility of having to close for the safety of our students. However, on our last attempt at a call we reached out to Comfort Heroes. They graciously listened to our situation and immediately began figuring out how they could help us, even though they were also very busy (remember it was the hottest day of the year). Within 30 minutes they were at our door with big smiles and went to work. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem, but they also identified ways to limit this problem from occurring again. Additionally, they gave us a very fair price and were some of the nicest guys that we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Comfort Heroes went above and beyond to help us out in a very difficult pinch and allowed us to continue operate our school and serve our students. We have discovered our favorite HVAC company in Ventura County and will definitely be using them for all of our future needs.

I had a last minute need and Ron was able to adjust his already busy schedule to get Brock and Joe out to address my need with little lead notice.

I don't often write public reviews but this one was worth it. The initial consultation with Ron went really well and he explained how everything would work and quoted me a price on the spot. On the day of the service, Brock and Joe were exceptionally professional, arriving on time and were very patient in even waiting for someone to let them into the house. They explained their entire process from the start, put booties on so as not to track dirt or dust into the house, and conducted their service on site quickly and thoroughly. Furthermore, they answered all questions asked of them and even volunteered additional helpful information regarding filtration systems and available services. More generally, I really love that Comfort Heroes has a club membership program, and fully recommend joining when given the opportunity. We saved almost $150 off our initial service and the membership itself, which provides an annual value of at least $300, essentially cost us $12. Again, excellent team and excellent services all around!

We really appreciate that Ron came over on Saturday. He is very experienced. He conducted timely troubleshooting and made the AC turned on. And then he provided a complete set of suggestions for future maintenance. He knows the best and latest technology on the market.We will recommend him to everyone who needs the service.

Responsive, friendly, quick, reliable- very reassuring to know they are there for my AC problems. Stuck in a heat wave on a weekend and they were available to save my household! I had another emergency and yet again, the service was excellent.

Comfort Heroes is the best. They took care of me for 30 years when I lived in San Fernando Valley, Ca then I moved to Garden Grove. They installed a new state of art HVAC system for me in my new home, it’s working great and I trust them completely to maintain it. The technicians are professional, courteous and very respectful. I find Ron to be a very technically knowledgeable person. He also impresses me as being honest, and having the long term interest of the client as being his objective. Consider his club membership to see if it matches your needs. I did.

Ron and his crew at Comfort Heroes were great. They had a big job of removing all the old ducts and furnace and a brand new HVAC install.. Absolutely thrilled with my new system. So professional. On time for the entire job and great communication and service.

He was very patient. Given the expense of a new HVAC system, it took me a while to decide what I wanted to do. Well, I picked comfort air as a simple area google search, they were extremely quick( next day) to get me an appointment and Ron actually was early! We are going thru an incredible heat wave and my A/C took a shit. Ron came out and diagnosed the problem, actually showing me exactly what was wrong! Long story short all is well and my tenants are very happy! I am now a new client and will continue to use as my maintenance team! Not to Mention Ron is the owner and couldn’t have been nicer and professional at the same time! Thx again Ron

There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Ron and the guys at Comfort Heroes. For years, I have thrown money away on continual repairs with companies who are in it for the gain and not the customer service. I was given Ron’s number and from the initial meeting, I knew I would be taken care of. Not only did he and his team show up dressed professionally, but they were well-spoken, considerate, proficient and most importantly, knowledgeable in their field. It has been a couple of years using Comfort Heroes and they are now the only company I call when I have issues. I have had several improvements made to my units, which are not only running perfectly, but they are 10x more efficient, ultimately saving me hundreds of dollars in energy bills during the height of summer. Very pleased with my experience with Comfort Heroes. Ron and his team were very professional. He spent time going over my existing system, did tests to determine what I needed, and recommended a couple options. At the end of the day, we selected a Daiken and couldn’t be happier with that decision. Not many installers are Daiken certified but Comfort Heroes is and if you want a true inverter, that’s the brand you want. The install went very well and was completed on time and on budget and with minimal impact to the family. They are a great resource here in the Conejo Valley. Highly recommend.
