I've already written a glowing review, but I wanted to update it after Comfort Heroes went WAAAY above and beyond this weekend. Fixing our 20 year old AC unit was a 3 day job. The team could have just got the air running and left, but they made sure the heat was working and set us up with a new thermostat. It turns out we'd blown a fuse and our old setup never turned off - which is why our heating bill has been nuts lately. They saved us money and left us much better off than we were when they arrived, and they worked tirelessly to do it. I'm so grateful for them and cannot recommend them strongly enough!

Comfort Heroes has saved our house twice! Each time, their team has been clear and proactive in their scheduling, done quality work, and been professional with regards to all the challenges our building poses. (They were also very nice and patient with my dog.) We may not have a problem with our AC again. But if we do, we'll be grateful to have them back.

Ron from Comfort Heroes has been a life saver for us. We had our AC system go dark in the middle of a heat wave over a weekend. Comfort Heroes sent Ron on a Saturday to fix the system and we then used them to replace our entire AC system and upgrade our HVAC and ducting. The best at what they do!!!

The Comfort Heroes team provides AAA service from consultation to installation. Ron assessed my need and gave me a few options to choose from. He walked me through the pros and cons of the system. Very thorough consultation and I didn’t feel pressured to buy.

The installation was swift (2 days) and Brock explained what they got done and what they had left to do. They also cleaned up after themselves. They were very courteous and knew that I was working from home so they tried to keep the noise to a minimum. After installation they walked me through the functions and answered all my questions.

The system works great and I highly recommend Comfort Heroes to anyone with heating and cooling needs. They are trustworthy and I would do business with them again.

Amazing customer service. Ron went over all my options for a new Install they did on my home explaining them all in great detail so my wife and I could make the right decision for our home. The installers were great. Highly recommend if HVAC Services are needed to give them a call!

We were desperate to get a mini split AC unit in our converted garage office and kept running into issues finding anyone who could do the whole job without having to coordinate subcontractors and rising costs. Ron and Comfort Heroes showed up professional, helpful, and affordable with an “all in one” solution. In a matter of days, we had a top quality crew at our door with equipment and we were up and running by the end of the day. Can’t recommend Ron and his team enough. Ron was amazing related to the repairs of our A/C. He was thorough and efficient and came back multiple times to ensure our A/C was working properly. He came out quickly initially and we felt between he and Rochelle we were in good hands. We highly recommend Comfort Heroes.

Ron and his team cleaned and renovated old hvac system in our home and installed a mini split heater/cooler. They did great work at a great price and had great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

We had a HERO called Ron Young service our 2 inside and outside A/C units today durring the hottest 3 digit temperature day of the year in Westlake Village!! The attic was over 130 degrees.
RELIABILTY, PROFESSIONALISM and HONESTY are extremely rare qualities in the service industry.

Blessed is the only word I can come up with to review our Comfort HERO 🙏

I literally suffered from extreme and severe allergies for all the years of living in our house. I had allergies before in previous homes but in our current home they were off the charts!!! 🤧I chronically lived on Benadryl, had a non stop runny nose and cough. I was miserable and just figured that was my life. My darling husband wanted to find an answer to help my situation and I he called Comfort Heroes. They came out and checked our system entirely. They recommended total replacement of the old duct system to be replaced with a new high tech system that included a special filter system and a maintenance plan. Apparently, it would make the inside air cleaner than highly filtered hospital air😳I didn’t even know my man was doing all this and honestly when they arrived to do the work, I didn’t think it would help. Once they installed the new ducts and put in their super Duper associated filter system, my allergies were completely eliminated!!!! Like a MIRACLE!!!!! I noticed a drastic difference within a few days!!! I’m completely off Benadryl, have no other symptoms at all!!! I’m literally ecstatic💗💗💗💗🎉🎉🎉 We are having our first maintenance today and they team is 💯 pro and sweet!!! SO HAPPY!!! 10000 stars!!!

Ron came to fix our AC unit right away the next day after calling. He was on time and efficient. He was able to fix our AC so fast and super affordable. He was honest, fast and professional. I was expecting to be told a bunch of lies to what was wrong and being ripped off for a bunch of money for unneeded repairs as we have been done to in the past, but Ron was completely honest and charged us the absolute minimum required to fix our problem. I called him Sunday night and he was here by early Monday morning to help us out on these 100+ degree heat wave days. I will definitely be using this company every time for future repairs and hope to get Ron again! I am 100% happy with the services and know you will be as well. Comfort Heroes is the best. Quick, efficient, and well-priced. Ron is kind of guy who wants to do the job right. And he won’t be happy until the customer is satisfied 100%. Being one of their maintenance subscribers means I get fast service whenever there’s a problem with my heater or AC. I highly recommend them.

Ron responded in a timely manner & provided a professional service. The service call was done on a Saturday in the middle of a heat wave when my AC was down. He did not take advantage of the situation & overcharge me. Honesty goes a long way in a service oriented business.
