Great job on new HVAC sale and installation by Jason, Jose, Freddy, Robert and Dave. The whole team worked tirelessly removing old heavy gas furnace and air ducts from attic and assembling and testing the new units. Crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up any mess every day. Very polite crew who worked well together and knew what to do seamlessly. Jesse came by to inspect final install and test everything to ensure new systems up and running as expected. Highly recommend this team of experts.

Jesse provided outstanding service once again… less than two years ago, I had Air Force Air Conditioning company to install a brand-new AC unit for me, twenty days before the labor and part warranty was going to expire, in early July/2024, the new unit’s compressor died … as soon as I contacted Air Force Air Conditioning Co. , Jaime one of the top technicians to visited my unit and concluded need a brand-new compressor. A day later, I wan in touch with Jesse, the owner, and he told me the manufacturer does not have any new compressor in stock and it will take about 20+ days for them to acquire that part, and as soon as manufacturer obtains and ships that part, Air Force Air Conditioning Co. will be able to replace my broken compressor. After 20 days, Jesse contacted me and said the manufacture has not been successful in acquiring the new part and Jesse has escalated the matter to the management of the manufacturer and he has convinced them to ship another identical brand-new AC unit instead…. Very next day Jesse sent the team, and they installed that brand-new unit for me, all under warranty… I was very grateful for Jesse’s outstanding support and service… I have been working with Jesse and the team for over 4 years now, and they have always delivered outstanding service….one key point that I am attempting to make here is Jesse is a genuinely good and caring individual, and you can rely on his commitments, and that is something hard to find these days, in my opinion. When you come across some bad luck situations, like I did, partnering and working with a business professional that has high ethical values and qualities is priceless, in my opinion. And that is what I have seen through the years from Jesse and his team, and I am truly grateful for the value they have delivered.

Jesse communicates clearly and honestly; you know what to expect. His team, Jason, and Jaime, are very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Highly recommend this firm's service.

I interviewed five or six hvac, guys, and jesse came out the winner. He's honest reasonable, that explains everything. the system he installed makes my large house ice cold, and I would highly recommend him.

I called Air Force for a 2nd opinion on my AC that has stopped working. The first quote was for $14K which included a new HVAC system. I thought that was way too much. So, I called Air Force and Jesse answered my call and was so informative and knowledgeable. So, he sent Jason to come by. Jason did a very thorough job diagnosing the issue and found the problem. He fixed it and it cost me around $750. WOW! The other company was trying to sell me something I didn't need. If you want an honest company that does a great job, call Air Force. We were very happy with the entire experience of hiring this company to replace our HVAC system. It took us a long time to decide on which contractor to use, and I really pestered these folks with many phone calls and questions. I was equally impressed with their depth of knowledge, their patience with my inquiries, the professionalism and care displayed during the installation, and the reasonable price.

If you are looking for an air conditioning or heating installation Air Force one is your go to company! Rocky, the owner, came out to give a quote the day my wife phoned and was here an hour explaining different options and prices. He told us exactly what would be done, where placement of mini split units could work for us or the option of a whole house system. For us it was the mini split units that that we decided on. He was so very knowledgeable about his work and very personable. You'll see it's hard not to like Rocky! Two days later his crew was here for the job. All his guys were very friendly, respectful of our property and efficient on every step. When one of our plants in the backyard was accidentally ruined Rocky made us offers to rectify the situation immediately. We absolutely loved this team and with our two mini split systems we're now ready for the heat in the summer or cold in winter!

Jason, who came out to give me an estimate was so friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He gave us a quote on the costs for repairs vs replacement. After he diagnosed our equipments, he was honest that our units were reparable and a replacement was not at all necessary. Since our units were 24 yo, we decided to go a head and replace both units. We were outstandingly surprised with their pricing. Another company quoted us $40K to replace both units, AFAC & Heating ended up costing us $23K.
Jesse, the owner and an Air Force veteran, was all hands on and so transparent and thorough with explaining their products. He took the time following up making sure we were being taken care of during the whole process. His crew was very courteous, pet friendly, and hardworking. They prepared our floors for their foot traffic and took the time to clean up.
