I highly recommend Air Force Air Conditioning and Heating! I could not be more satisfied with Rocky, Jesse, Jason, and their entire crew. They have been taking care of our HVAC needs for several years and have always been honest, professional, and highly responsive (even on holidays)! A few years ago, I responded to a “free checkup” ad from another HVAC service company. That company looked over my furnace and told me my family was at risk of CO poisoning and I needed to replace my unit right away. They offered me a discount if I purchased a new unit the same day. I was suspicious and called Air Force for a second opinion. Jason came out and showed me that there was some minor wear and tear but no need for concern (or replacement). My story should tell you all you need to know about Air Force.

I can’t recommend Jesse and his team enough! One of my HVAC pipes clogged and broke causing a bad leak in our garage. This was on a Saturday night... when I reached out to Air Force, I was surprised Jesse called me personally to hear what was going on. He wound up coming out to my house the NEXT DAY on 4TH OF JULY weekend to fix the pipe and the leak! If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is. My system is running like new. I highly recommend Air Force for your HVAC needs!!

Amazing service from start to finish. I had a number of follow up questions before and after the install, Jesse was always super responsive. I spoke with 5 other top rated HVAC companies in the area to get quotes but none were as competitive on price, and none of them had as great of service as Air Force

Highly, highly recommend!! I've waited almost a year to post this review to make sure the equipment was as good as the installation and service. Firstly, I had this installed post-Covid. Jesse was timely submitting his bid and as it turned out it was the lowest bid I received, by far. I'm not always jumping at the lowest bid; sometimes you get what you pay for. I had another contractor I contacted, who came highly recommended from a friend. The other contractor was extremely busy and would not be able to install the furnace and A/C for months. His bid was $5K higher than Air Force. More importantly, he asked me what other contractor I was having bid. When I told him Air Force, he told me he had referred a former client to Air Force (when he was extremely busy) and received a glowing report on Air Force from that client after they had completed work for them. There is nothing better than a competitor singing your praises and recommending you!
Jesse and his team did and excellent job. All equipment passed all inspections. August always being a hot month, I have been running my A/C at 77degree constantly as I did last year. My electric bill was $100 less than last year at this time. He provided me with a very efficient A/C.

Jesse had to come out additional times to supply the city inspector with a ladder, then again to bring the ladder upstairs and set it up for the inspector (heavy sigh). Jesse answered my calls each time (even when he was out of town with his family) and always with a positive and friendly manner. What exceptional customer service! They definitely go above and beyond.

I have a condo with a package unit (A/C and heating in one) on the roof. The A/C had been iffy for awhile, but when the heater started to act up I knew it was time the replace the original unit which was now 40 years old. Got a quote including permits and crane rental and I wasn't shocked by the price, but figured I'd shop around for peace of mind. Called those guys you hear on the radio and their first quote was DOUBLE what Air Force quoted, and the next two quotes (why 3 options??) still weren't close. Communication was clear and installation was smooth. Air Force also offers an extended warranty if you do yearly maintenance with them. Will recommend to all my friends.

Jesse & the crew were amazing. Walked me through every step of a very complex remodel project. Answered questions, helped me with non-HVAC needs, and served as an unofficial consultant when I was having issues with my contractor. When other professionals ignored me, failed to follow up, or set astronomical prices - Jesse stuck with us through all the ups and downs (literally 3 months). Guys showed up on time and did an excellent job. Never tried to upsell me on anything. I wish they did more than HVAC and they know where to find me if that changes!

A friend of mine referred me to Jesse at Air Force Air Conditioning. My air conditioning was only blowing out hot air and I knew it was going to be 100 degrees. When I contacted Jesse he responded back to me promptly and was able to get someone out the same day. He let me know ahead of time the cost of coming out so there were no surprises. The tech called and let me know he was on his way. When Jason arrived he was very friendly and professional. He was able to figure out the problem quickly and had all of the pricing listed in a book so you knew that you weren’t get some made up pricing different from another customer. He was able to fix the problem rather quickly and we had cool air in no time. I contacted two different companies to diagnose the issue, and both recommended replacing parts that would cost thousands of dollars. Then I found Air Force Air Conditioning, a third vendor, who came out and found that all the parts were actually functioning correctly. The problem was with the venting on the roof, which was preventing the furnace from firing. He simply reset the unit by pressing a switch, and now everything is working fine. It's refreshing to have an honest technician who tells you the truth instead of pushing unnecessary expensive repairs.
