In a field where a lot of so-called professionals just want to take your money easily and sell you new equipment, it’s refreshing to meet an honest and diligent worker.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Russ gets a 10 only because I couldn't rate him higher. He did everything necessary to determine what was going on with my irrigation system. Given my house was over Fifty years old, it was not obvious what was going on. We were able to come up with a solution that was unique to my property. We did have a water pressure issue and we are gladly contracting with Monkey Wrench because of our confidence in Russel.

Monkey Wrench gave me a service window of 8-12 for a tech to arrive and Rick got here at 7:50 which was even better for me as I had to be at work by 10:00.
He did a quick but thorough job servicing our tankless water heater and was very professional. He is a perfect example of what a plumber should be and the company is blessed to have him!
