Chris is the best. He came over to our house to check the place, He explains how HVAC works since we do not have any. Then he explains each of the products and help me decide which is best for our house. He is very patient, knowledgeable, helpful,friendly and respectful. He helped us get the price that we can afford. Ask for chris when you want to get a quote he will definitely help you. Now to the person who came over to install the HVAC Sam is wonderful.

Arrived when stated, efficient, polite and professional. This was the FIRST , complimentary service. So, free is always nice.

The technician (I believe his name was Rolando) that we had was excellent. Came in and replaced our filter, and told us what he had to do and got us like new.

I do want to note that we have had issues with our thermostat since we’ve had the system, and the technician tried what he knew, and we were having the same issue. He tried calling support, and this person was extremely rude, and lacked customer service skills, and ignored what the technician was saying and then when I tried talking to him, he just kept talking over me.

I wanted to make sure that point out that our in house service tech was great as opposed to the support tech that the service tech called.

We just had the first of two annual maintenance inspections by Airmax this past week. The maintenance inspector was Pedro. I just can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and informative about our system Pedro was. He thoroughly explained all facets of our four year old Lennox system and the Lennox warranty. I have requested Pedro for all future maintenance inspectins and maintenence going forward. Thank you Pedro!

I recently had a Juan Garay from Air Max HVAC come out to inspect my furnace and A/C unit, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He was incredibly professional from the moment he arrived—punctual, courteous, and respectful of my home.

What really stood out was how thorough he was. He took the time to explain what he was checking, made sure everything was running efficiently, and even offered helpful tips for regular maintenance. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a great job.
