I have used CRC the 1st time for a water Heater and was happy with the service and the price for a new one. This time I was out of town and my wife had a facet issue I had her call CRC and they took care of it right away. She felt very pleased with the work done, and comfortable having them in our home while I was on east coast.

I've lived in Thousand Oaks for 10 years and only use CRC for any/all my plumbing needs. Without Charles my house and life would literally be under water. He has helped me dig 3 ft down in my front yard to locate and fix my main water line pipe too remodeling our bathroom installing all new piping for our two sink vanity. When the worst Restoration Company (State Restoration) quit on me after gutting my house during the height of the pandemic, 3 little kids and no clue what to do, Charles made sure to come over any time I needed him including some visits at 6am just to fit us in. He not only knows what he is doing when it comes to plumbing services, he is a good man with fair prices and won't quit until the jobs done the right way.

Charles was THE BEST. Fast to respond. Very fair price (better than everyone else for a pressure regulator). Nice guy. Asked if it was ok to come early! Ya!!

Charles has been my favorite plumber for many years- he's easy to work with, always does a great job, warrantees his work, doesn't try to upsell or overcharge. He installed a pressure valve, a hot water pump, and a water heater expansion tank, fixed a broken shower valve, and numerous other jobs.

Honest and skilled plumber who is great with dogs and kids. We always use Charles when we have a plumbing issue.

I have been calling CRC (Charles) for plumbing help for the last 4 years! He always does a really great job. Plumbing work is never cheap that is for sure but whenever he finishes a project the area he works in is always clean. He always gives you a good explanation of what it is he needs to do for you and what will happen. I have never had to call him back for repeat work on anything he has completed. Only on new things that needs repairing and I will keep calling him. Last week my water heater went out. He was quite busy but came anyways and work in to the night to help me get it done and didn't say I have to charge you last minute fees like all the other places when you give them less than 24 hr notice!

I have never used this company before. I was calling around to locate someone to come out ASAP to fix my garbage disposal on a Friday. After calling 3 other companies, who could not come out same day, I called CRC Plumbing. I don't recall who I spoke with but he informed me that the disposal probably just needs to be reset and he walked me through how to do it over the phone, at no cost to me. This saved them time, me time and even saved me money. I am happy to say that with his help, I was able to successfully fix my garbage disposal on my own. I will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you so much for your help!

I received great service from crc plumbing Charles was upfront and honest about the repair which I really liked. He did a great job and gave me a fair price much less than the larger companies I definitely plan to use him again when needed. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for an honest plumber.

I used CRC plumbing a few weeks ago after our sinks kept on clogging up. Charles came out, I think he is the owner, and he did a super job for everything. He was in and out in less than an hour, and he didn't make a mess like others have done to our home when they come in for maintenance.

My mom found Charles through good recommendations on Nextdoor. We had some issues with our water pressure as well as a leaking faucet. I thought that the water pressure would be a potentially significant to take a look at, so I decided not to replace the faucet myself and to call CRC. Charles came and commented that the pressure is not likely the issue, and that the new faucet should fix the problem. Given that he came highly recommended, I forgot to ask what the kitchen faucet replacement would cost. I made the assumption that given his high praise on Nextdoor, he would be fair. After an hour of work, the faucet replacement went well, and he presented us with a BILL FOR $225. For an hour of work, on a very basic replacement, his rate was 2x what I was expecting. I consider this to be bordeline extortion quality prices. I would never trust anyone who blatantly takes advantage of people this way. Please make sure to get pricing up from CRC before you ever engage with them.
