Our repair person, Evan, gave us excellent customer service. He came on a weekend, on time, and fully prepared to do whatever we needed then and there. He patiently explained the problem to us, and offered appropriate alternatives. Our tankless hot water system is now functioning perfectly. We recommend Evan at Payless for all your water heater needs.

As a separate item, Payless can be pricey so be aware of that.
