I had a valve break after 6pm and had to shut off water to my house. I called 8+ companies on Google and only one person answered the phone. He said he was closed but to call him if I couldn't find anyone else. I kept calling down the list and got MVP. They said someone would be there within 30 minutes. They said they needed my credit card to charge me for this service call. The plumber arrived shortly after and verified that he did have the 2 parts on his van and needed to call in for the estimate. After a few minutes, he came back and said it would be $1,200. Keep in mind, any competent man could do this task if they had the right tool in about an hour. I told him it was way too much and he said they would still bill me for $150 just to quote me. After he left, I called the first guy back and he came shortly after he finished his diner. He used an easy-out and it took him 10 minutes. He charged me $220 and said he had to charge me so much because it was after hours. Around 9pm I received a text from the MVP plumber saying if you haven't fixed it yet, to call him and he'd help. So that told me it he knew the company was price gouging and he felt bad about it. The plumber was a genuinely nice guy. I'm guessing most of the workers know this and it's just a matter of time the good people will leave.

Randy OF MVP Plumbing was of excellent service. He took time and had patience. Much respected. A young man of good standing stature and humbleness. Great work ethic and endurance. He knows what he knows and if he didn't know he's quick to tell you and find another solution. He'll definitely has a bright future ahead of him . Mvp has a true technical soldier. Woke up early morning and saw a pipe was leaking in my front yard. Called multiple local companies and these guys gave me the best deal! Alex showed up extremely fast and quickly addressed the problem and showed us what was wrong ,and what he will do to fix it. Finished the same day and best prices in town! 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know !

Alexis came to do a free estimate and was brilliant, determining and explaining to me what was needed for a toilet, water heater and broken drain pipe.

My technician, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind. I would love to have Sebastian as my technician for my next service. Most valuable plumber is a great company with upfront and fair price prices. I would use them again.

Christopher was my tech. Such a polite, professional young man. And he had everything done (clearing out 2 bathroom sink drains) so quickly. And he left the sinks cleaner than when he started! A very knowledgeable man and I highly recommend him.

Very good experience. They came for an estimate and i had them do the work on the spot. Very satisfied.

I loved the plumber (Juan Corona) that came and evaluated my toilet. He was very courteous and excellent at providing a play by play of replacing the seals, bolts and toilet seat bracket. I rate him 5 stars all the way.

However I was not happy with the prices. I was charged $2800 to replace and fix an issue which after googling, found that it should have been closer to $400. Juan did try to lower the price with the company but i was still charged $2800. I feel this is highway robbery. Beware with the pricing of this company. Happy with the service provided by Juan not happy with the prices.

UPDATE - Following my initial review, the company called me back. After about 30 minutes arguing fair market prices and the real cost of things the co-owner finally agreed to lower my price to $500 and issued a refund. However there was no real attempt to an apology for the headache or the initial high cost instead there was an attempt to justify their initial pricings.

Excellent service! Had a leak in the kitchen and they got a plumber out here right away. Truly grateful.

We had a new washer and dryer delivered, only for the installer to discover we had a water valve frozen open. I went online to fins a plumber and saw The Most Valuable Plumber ad. Seemed reasonable and to the point. Made an appointment online, they sent a tech out the same day. My tech, Javier Frausto was polite and knowledgeable. We got a quote and authorized the work. It was late in the day, and we didn't want to inconvenience our condo neighbors with an evening water shutoff. Made the appointment for 8:00am the next morning and Javier came in and did a beautiful job, despite some condo plumbing challenges. He cleaned up after himself, left everything neat and tidy. Plumbing is not cheap, but we have quite happy with Javier's work and with MVP.

Service arrived as promised. He was very clear about the problem and honest that since there was no more evidence of leakage suggesting it might have been caused by built up water pressure. Since leak had stopped suggested calling for service if it starts again.

Juan Corona, was very professional and very knowledgeable.

Jeison Flores was terrific. Carefully explained everything, and did the job. We were also very pleased with the way the office (and the software) kept in communication with us about the upcoming appointment.

Alejandro arrived on time, and I am delighted with his service. He completed a faucet installation in one hour. His work was professional and neat. He is personable, polite, and skilled. Furthermore, the office support team was informative.

It all started when I fell into the toilet and it moved. Developed slow leak went to replace wax ring and found the problem. Had to get the flange repaired. Remodelers had cemented it into the floor crooked and broken in a tile floor. Mvp Came out on Sunday and fixed it Monday. Very good job, cleaned up and on time. Felt price was high. I only have one toilet if you have more time I would get bids from multiple plumbers. Overall very good service, though.

Adan came out and was very nice and thorough. He gave me a price for work to be done and I am considering it. I did not expect my sink clogging problem was going to need adding a cleanout installation done.

The installation was done at a very short time and the boiler works well. However, the water pressure inside the house needs readjustment to add more pressure in the bathroom and sink.

Same day service-excellent technician. and a choice in price point!

Really great experience with this company. Carlos came out same day and installed a new water heater for us. Our old one went out unexpectedly and the only option was to replace it. This company beat the lowest quote we got, and gave us an extra discount for paying with a check. Carlos was professional and got the work done quickly. Our setup needed a lot of modifications to meet code and they included the extra materials and installation for code requirements in the price. We would use this company again.

David H. arrived on time to my home. He was professional and knowledgeable, explained the work he would be doing and answered every question I asked in a courteous and friendly manner. He performed the job efficiently and left my water heater area spotless. I highly recommend David to anyone who wants a job well done !
