Michael did an awesome job installing our new on demand water heater. The old one had created problems and had leaks. No more! The installation was great.

Cristian did a great job! He was pleasant, neat and helped us with our plumbing problem. He also suggested alternatives to help with any problem in the future. Very much appreciated.

Chris was the plumber who fixed the leak in the tube of our reverse osmosis filter. He was thorough in explaining to us what are the options before doing anything. Besides fixing it neatly, he also made an assessment of our general water pressure. Overall, great service! He made our week.

Everyone at Thousand Oaks Plumbing is always so friendly and helpful. Chris was my service rep and it wasn’t an easy job. I ordered the wrong replacement disposal, but he helped me with the return and was very patient throughout the whole process. He was very nice and professional, even offering to wear a mask for me which was much appreciated and my new disposal works great! Thanks, Chris!

So I reached out to TO Plumbing for a problem of dishwasher pipe leak under the sink. Mark took care of it promptly and efficiently. I love these guys! This is the second time we call them and they always do an amazing job and they’re very professional:-) I definitely recommend TO Plumbing!

Original call in to Customer Service was great. Javier, our technician, was timely, extremely polite and courteous, wonderful with our dog, he cleaned up everything and we were completely satisfied with his work and the company as a whole. He explained everything to me and he spoke with my husband on the phone.I would highly recommend them, Javier specifically, and we will definitely be working with them again.

A.P Angel and the other folks at T.O. Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a new waste elbow, toilet flange, new concrete fill and a new toilet. Workmanship, cleanup and scheduling were all top notch. Would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with TO Plumbing. I needed a plumbing repair that I thought would be pretty costly. Derek Zadra arrived and explained the different repair possibilities to me and was able to make the repair at a quite manageable cost, which was a big relief. I'll use TO Plumbing again.

I had a broken pipe which was gushing water on the main line from the street to my house. Obviously an emergency. I called, and Milo showed up at my house within an hour, which was remarkable. He was extremely efficient and fixed the problem, and one could see how competent he was. Entirely polite, more than on time, and I would definitely hire him again if given the opportunity.

Chris was a terrific Plumber, who came out to handle one problem and I added another while he was here. I plan to use them again and would recommend their services.

Mark was educated about the problem with our sink and washing machine drains and pipes. He was able to help us quickly. He was conscientious about potential problems that could have arisen and clearly communicated his procedures.

Brad was amazing. Fixed our problem in an hour. Professional, nice ,friendly and fast. I will ask for him next time and recommend.

I just wanted to say thank you to Thousand Oaks plumbing who bailed me out when my water supply line broke. They were very quick to respond and figure out where the incoming waterline break was. And then the next day they had a large crew come out and retrench for a new pipe. They had a challenging job having to dig up a hill and under concrete slabs, but they did a great job and expedited the work. I highly recommend them.

The company I work for needed some plumbing work done and we called Thousand Oaks Plumbing to take a look at the issue. They showed up quick and figured the problem out and were able to get us a quote and a schedule to complete the work the following day. The tech was Christian M and he was professional, polite, and made sure to provide all the necessary documentation to have our VP make the decision to complete the work. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing work you need to have completed.

TO plumbing was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed our problem on the spot. Brad the technician was very good and the 2 installers Leon and Mike did a fabulous job. Ramiro came 2 days later to check on another issue and he saved us money by figuring out a better solution. All and all a very good experience.
