I had an outstanding experience with Thousand Oaks Plumbing! Tyler, Cristian, and Ricardo, were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They installed a beautiful new vanity in my bathroom with an awesome sink, and also set up a Halo water purification system. Everything was done with great attention to detail and care. They took the time to explain the work, made sure everything was spotless when they finished, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing and especially appreciate the excellent work from Tyler, Cristian, and Ricardo.

Ramiro was extremely efficient, cordial and helpful in reeplacing the Washer valves that had gotten eroded. Couldnt be happier with this young mans profesionalism. He explained the details and performed the job cleanly and on time. I dont know any of the other folks but if they are just as good as Ramiro, the company would behighly recommended

We had such a great experience with Thousand Oaks plumbing. Had an emergency type situation over this past weekend and called early Saturday. That gal that took my call was super nice and fit me into the schedule. That plumber that showed up was Brad Floyd and he was honest, worked fast and knew exactly what needed to be done. We definitely recommend this business!

Our plumber Derrick did a great job diagnosing our plumbing problems and running the tests to find the best way to repair and prevent future issues. He was very timely, explaining each step taken and showing results of tests and communicating our best options.

I had a bad hot water leaking at my home. Alen from the company visited my home and he immediately identified the issue. I loved the way Alen explained the repair options and their pros and cons using paper and pen. Also provided me with his recommendations. It helped me to make up my mind faster. Alen did a fantastic job of finding the issue. Additionally, Alen found another issue with my dryer lint and offered to fix it as part of the repair. Appreciate all the help from Alen and strongly recommend his services.
Next day, I had the pleasure to receive another fantastic help from Leon and Michael. They both did their work neatly and efficiently. I am extremely happy on the service I received.

We've used Most Valuable Plumber once before for a main line drain clog and just like then their team was on time, courteous, and professional in dealing with our plumbing issues. They quickly dealt with the clogged drain line and made sure that the bathroom was as clean as when they arrived. Couldn't ask more from a plumbing contractor.

The plumber from MVP - Mike was fantastic and resolve the toilet blockage within minutes. Mike was very progressional and educated me on the process. I highly recommend MVP (Especially Mike) … the only downside was the price which felt was a little expensive.

The main plumber and all the other plumber associates from MVC were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we had very old pipes under our home that needed to be replaced. MVC needed to work on the project for two days and were always on time, were very careful with our areas, and patiently explained everything they were doing. We sincerely appreciated their help and highly recommend them.
