Payless Water Heaters was awesome from start to finish. Admittedly I shopped around to find the best price for a new water heater in my area. They beat the best price I found and we're very accommodating. Then the next day David came and installed our brand new unit. He was fast and efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Payless if you're looking for a new water heater for your home.

Technician Danny was great. Got here early and stayed late to finish the job. New tankless system working well and we’re happy.

The length of time to go from the dread of having a leaking water heater and looking for a repair company to the relief of having an upgraded tankless water heater was less than 24 hours. They were extremely thorough in explaining all my options and helped me choose the best option for my house. I would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends that need to get work done on their water heaters.

The technician arrived and reviewed our water heater which was about 5 years old. He explained that the water heater was working, but did need some upgrades to bring it up to code.

We discussed all the options, and felt upgrading to a tankless water heater would be the best long term solution.

We chose the highest performance tankless heater, which he didn't have with him so he had an associate bring it to our home.

This installation was the 2nd project he worked on for us. He was originally called re another water heater at another location that we thought was leaking. After checking out that location he advised us that the water noise we heard was normal until the heater reaches full temperature, and said it was working correctly. The charge for this visit was under $100, which was quite reasonable and reassured us of his integrity.
Next we went to the 2nd project at another address of a house that was not damaged from the Palisades fire, but thought it wise to check out that location also.

So in conclusion we couldn't be more satisfied with the overall performance of Payless Water heaters.

I will definitely recommend Payless in the future.

Danny is an above and beyond water heater specialist. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has assisted us in deciding the right water heater to suit our needs and budget. We ended up going with the tankless model with (hopefully) a rebate from SoCalGas. He did an awesome job. We will definitely recommend him to family and friends, and will use his services again for our outdated AC system in the very near future.

From initial estimate to job completion. Payless water heaters were a pleasure to work with. In office reps and on site technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They communicated well and were respectful of our time and needs of our particular situation. Juan our technician was particularly patient, friendly and overall great to work with regarding our tankless water heater install.

David came out the same day we called in to have our water heater fixed. It was over 11 years old and the control unit had failed. David explained the options, repair or replace, and we decided to have the entire heater replaced; which he did that afternoon. No muss, no fuss and the water was hot before dinner.
