Juan and Luis were great! My water heater blew out and they were able to come out and install a new one the day before Thanksgiving! They stayed until the job was done!

Best experience especially with the rebate and getting permit and tax etc. and 25 yr warranty. Joey was so helpful, experienced and showed us all our options and was so pleasant and did an unbelievable job installing our new tankless water heater. It's great to know we have a 12-year warranty and a quality water heater plus extra safety measures like auto water shutoff. Really impressed with our new water heater installation that was done by Juan. It was a relocation job and he handled it like a champ! He worked late every day and left our place nice and clean both days. He was extra careful with remembering to wear his booties indoors as we don't wear shoes in the house. Everything looks professional, he even shortened the pipes where the old water heater was located. He took the old clunker out and now we have more storage space. So happy to have gone with Payless Water Heaters and Plumbing. I can tell they really value their customers as they were able to honor an old quote I had gotten. So happy we went with them! So lucky Juan was our technician, he has a great attitude and very skillful!!

Update: Joanne from the office was so helpful in scheduling our inspection. Of course it passed since it was a job well done. She was very kind and a pleasure to talk to. She followed up with us and made sure it all worked out. I would recommend this company 💯!

The initial service on emergency basis was good. The installation went well. A recirculation pump was also installed. The recirculation system did not perform as expected and another service call was made to evaluate the issue. Darren the new tech. came the next day and installed a larger thermal expansion tank and the problem was fixed.

Joey came on time and spent time diagnosing the issue with my extremely old tankless water heater. He was patient with me as I was on a zoom call for work. He explained everything and provided options. I have hot water again and I’m very happy with the professional and responsive technician and company.

David and his crew were professional kind and then they did more than they had to. I would recommend them highly they were efficient they took care of the inspection. We are very happy with Payless, and their representative David H. They promptly installed our tankless water heater two years ago within hours of when our old tankless heater quit working. David showed us various options and then quickly installed our new system so we could be back up and running with warm water. Since that time he has come when asked to do our annual flush and descaling, so necessary with the hard water in our area.

I decided to install a tankless water heater instead of fixing, venting on a regular heater.
