Ripped off by this company. Had a new water heater installed by them 7 years ago. It broke 2 months ago and they came pit and charged me $840 to fix it. It broke again and they said no warranty to something they fixed 2 months ago. Want to charge me again. Find someone else.

Mark is awesome! Did a great job in fixing my backed up sink. He was fast, friendly and efficient. He recommended that I have more work done to my pipes but was never pushy.

I had a great experience with jun the plumber. He was very personable, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He did a wonderful job—quick, thorough, and with great attention to detail. I really appreciate the quality of his work and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

The company was very responsive and helpful on a Sunday. Christian came out and was incredibly courteous, kind and helpful. He explained everything in detail prior to starting fix our clogged sink and cleaned up with care. He offered lots of support and compassion, I got more than just an unclogged drain and trust this company for future needs!

The plumbing work itself was fine, but anyone considering this company should know about the pricing and communication issues I experienced. I had already approved and paid for an $800 repair during the visit. After that, William, the plumber did a very small additional fix without telling me the price beforehand, and the charge for that part and a few minutes of work ended up being the same amount he had quoted me as a service fee.

The office had told me the visit would be $99 and applied to the work, but the plumber said $150, and I had to ask for it to be applied. The amount charged for the small repair felt extremely overpriced, especially considering the larger work already being done.

What bothered me most was how the paperwork was handled. The plumber scrolled through the documents on the iPad quickly and asked for my signature several times without offering to let me review the pages. That’s on me for not slowing things down, but it’s also a terrible way to treat a customer and kept me from seeing the high charge before signing.

When I followed up, I was told nothing could be adjusted because the payment had already gone through, and the only offer was a discount on a future visit. The office also said they don’t handle pricing at all, which made everything feel even less transparent.

The repair was completed, but the lack of clear pricing, the surprise charge, and the rushed paperwork left me feeling taken advantage of. I will not be using this company again.

Chris was awesome and so helpful!!! He replaced our water valve behind the fridge quickly and effortlessly. He even noticed my kitchen faucet was busted and fixed it when it wasn’t even the reason he was here. Thanks Santa, I mean Chris!!

Amazing! Went well again! Except this time I'm writing a review, I used them years ago.
Forgot to write a review. I requested service after arriving home from a vacation and finding that the main house sewer drain was clogged up. Of course it happened when I had to rush out of the house! I called in and they saw me in their system and they said they could dispatch a person within the next hour and a half! The next person I heard from was their service technician whom was Mr Rodriguez. Juan showed up promptly I got a notification that he was on his way. He was very professional. It's a very old house that was built in 1962 so this sort of thing happens every other few years or so. I saw they had a coupon $73 or it's free however I thought the services and the value that Juan performed did not deserve any savings of a few dollars! The value was excellent for what he did. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs services ASAP with a clogged drain or the entire house backed up. Once again, thank you and God bless.🫡

Brad provided excellent and fast service. You can trust Thousand Oaks Plumbing as we utilized them for a water heater, whole house filtration system and a water regulator. They explained everything that was completed and were able to source parts very quickly to restore water back to our house. James was amazing, super helpful and friendly. I called for an issue with one of the toilets and James came out. After talking to him and showing him pictures, he was able to tell me why I was having problems. He broke it down and explained the problem in detail and then gave me 2 solutions. Had some yard drains backing up in the rains. I knew it was likely roots. Alberto came out and ran the jetter through the pipes. Good as new. He was friendly, professional and clearly had plenty of experience and took pride in his work. I would certainly use them again.

Mark Lee was very thorough. He came and unclogged the sink and then told me thru pictures what the problem was. He gave me a price and I agreed to go ahead. He came back today and fixed the problem again showing pictures. The price was good and did not charge me for the original time out.

Miguel was amazing. He showed up after I had turned another company away earlier in the morning. He was respectful of my needs and never made me feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. Solid work and a solid person! 10/10 would recommend Miguel!

Juan was able to come after calling in under 30 minutes, walked me through my options for a clogged sink line, gave me some solid wisdom for future maintenance and repairs, and was able to snake out the issue. 5/5 definitely worth the price!

Worked with Cristian to replace a toilet and fix leaky sink. It was very easy to make the appointment (used the website). Cristian came to our residence the same day, diagnosed the issue and fully explained our options. He was very nice and professional. Would use again.

I noticed 5 days ago our house have had a small leak. because alert ⚠️ messages were set up on my Water Work Website.
unfortunately water nowhere to be visible.
assume Water leak has to be a under ground pipeline. my plumber (Globen Plumbing)who's also a good friend recommended Thousand Oak Plumbing.
contacted TO plumbing yesterday and
quickly scheduled an appointment in home inspection today between 12:00-16:00
with leak detection technician expert.
Mr. Brian Sacks showed up ahead of time approximately 14:00.
inspected each room and space included the back yard.
after thorough inspection, Mr. Sacks concluded the source and located the leaking pipe leaking definitely underground. for cost efficiency also avoid
digging inside our house.
we agreed with Mr.Sacks suggestion
best effective way is to reroute that pipe
tomorrow.
Mr. Sacks' plan is to reroute the pipe if time allow, will reattach up the drywall and patching but painting is not included
