On Saturday, the first plumber informed us that his rod wasn't long enough to reach the obstruction. He sent a second plumber. The second technician informed us that the rod was broken, and he would use a pressure pump in the kitchen sink to fix it. Every time, the technician would hit the kitchenware and food. He also would hit the floor and ceiling. I have been dealing with NYC Plumbing since more than 8 years. The third man was excellent and gave me hope that I could get this service again. The first two are the best indicators of their ability to provide excellent customer service.
