We worked with Joe to find an odd part for a toilet. Our whole ticket is going to be around $25. Joe gave us the same service as if we were spending thousands. Excellent service!

Looking for a 20year old plumbing part for a bathroom sink I called the manufacturer and was told the part was no longer used but to take the broken part to one of their distribution sites and maybe they could jury rig something that would work. I did and they didn't come close but they referred me to JC. I took the broken part there and a young man employee walked to the part shelves and within 30 seconds I had my new part. They made me a customer for life.

Always super helpful with piece parts required for fixture repairs. As for the purchase of new fixtures, their inventory is certainly more high-end than what you will see at the home improvement stores.

Landlord changed my kitchen sink with some Chinese brand. Wouldn’t be a problem but I have a fish tank.

The threads on this brand were so compressed it would be impossible with any adaptor.

Regardless, Cole GAVE me some adaptors for my bathroom sink that might work.

Bottom line: these people are professionals with expertise but service and helping their community comes before profits.

Been a customer for over 30 years, and this place is the best. The guys are very knowledgeable, and have about everything you would need to build or remodel your house. They carry everything from the little parts and pieces to fix your fixtures, to complete assemblies like sinks, faucets, bathtubs, toilets, shower valves etc. Family owned and operated, and every plumbing guy you talk to, has the world of good things to say about this place.

I've used JC for 24 years, last house and current house. They are outstanding. They were outstanding 24 years ago and they are outstanding for a recent call. They are my Go-To Always Plumbers. And the store on TO Blvd is lovely too.

I called JC Plumbing today from Texas to obtain PVC supplies that are currently unavailable in Texas due to a massive storm. My family has been without water for 7 days. Scott had all the supplies in stock and is sending them overnight via FedEx at no charge! He simply did this to help out a fellow American that lives half way across the country.
