Southline Construction was very helpful throughout the entire renovation process. I'm extremely happy with the end result and their professionalism! They were organized, communicative and on top of everything.

Tenants are often hard on rental property and when a unit is vacated it is nice to have a dependable company, I can rely on, to get things back into shape and ready for a new tenant. In addition to minor repairs, Southline Construction is good at coming up with creative solutions to address difficult repairs. I had a front door frame that had been badly damaged and I had visions of having to replace the entire front door, a metal security door and the wood frame, not to mention patch and repaint the exterior stucco because everything was connected. Instead, the damaged area was cut out of the wood frame and it was re-built to support a new door closer mechanism replacing an old one that had been ripped out of the wood frame causing all the damage. The frame was rebuilt, a new door closer mechanism was installed, the door seal was replaced, and all the wood got a new coat of paint. The new and improved frame is much stronger, the door closer mechanism operates smoothly, and the frame looks like new. Kudos for coming up with a clever solution.
This company first helped me with rental property but I have since remodeled a bath in my home and the high quality workmanship is consistent, prices are reasonable and communication excellent. The best part is my input is taken into consideration so in the end I am happy with the results.
I’ve had my share of horror stories over the years so I can honestly say I totally appreciate the peace of mind I have choosing this company for my projects, no doubt there will be more.

Southline Construction truly made our kitchen and bathroom beyond beautiful. They completely transformed or outdated kitchen and bathroom and gave it a modern and clean look. The entire renovation process was stress-free thanks to their excellent team. Our contractor Nawid was very knowledgeable and gave us different options to chose from and was always working in our best interest to save us money and avoid going over budget.
My husband and I are very impressed with their accuracy and professionalism. They were kind and respectful and I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. I Highly recommended them.

Elena and Dimitri are an incredible contractor team. They were the only team that actually took measurements during the bidding process. Their bid came in very reasonable, they stayed within their initial estimate and within their estimated time frame. They are professional perfectionists with great knowledge of current codes and tips on how to make improvements that will last a lifetime. I strongly recommend this team but you can only hire them when I’m finished using them for my next project!!

Elena and Dimitri came to our house and noted and took photos of the extensive drywall repair to our large kitchen. They soon sent the quote for the labor and estimate of material cost and the time frame. Each day they and their workers arrived by around 8h30, covered floors and wrapped cabinets in plastic and first did electrical changes...moving a fan and installing a new separate switch and added a new recessed light. The drywall repair took the most time and it was evident that quality was their priority. Finally, they painted and then cleaned up. Each day they left us able to use the kitchen for dinner and breakfast. They often covered the floor again to keep the house clean. Ricardo and Danny worked diligently and thoroughly every day. Elena and Dimitry were delightful to work with and we highly recommend them. They are committed to providing an excellent product. They stayed close to the quote both in price and time frame. Good job!

This is not my first time working with Elena and Dmitry of Pulsar Construction and there is definitely a reason I called them again.

The first time my family worked with them was when they repaired my parents’ bathroom after there was water damage. They were thorough and timely. I was so impressed that I called Elena again when it was time for me to remodel my house.

Again, Pulsar Construction far exceeded my expectations. Initially I called to remodel two bedrooms, one of which was to be converted to a nursery. I replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring, repainted, and tore down the old closet doors. Dmitry and his team also repaired the balcony and the wall damaged from a leaky roof. While going over the house we found a leaking pipe and Pulsar was able to upgrade the plumbing as well.

I called them right before the holidays and they were able to start sooner than anticipated and they worked diligently to finish up in time for me to enjoy my “new home” before I had to return to work. They were so hard working and sometimes would work until 8pm.

It was a joy working with them and I fully appreciate how well Elena communicated with me. I was updated at every step and I trusted them completely with my house.

While I hope I won’t need to remodel/repair my house for a while I know I wouldn’t hesitate to call Pulsar Construction again and I have already started recommending them to my friends.

I first contacted Pulsar Construction on October 23 and by mid afternoon I received a quote. On Friday, we called Elena to let them know that we wanted to move forward. They were at our house at 9am the next morning. They quoted 3-5 days of work and they were finished by mid day 3 1/2 days later. We have had several similar jobs that took weeks to complete. We could not be happier with the professional interaction as well as the excellent work. They protected our furniture and flooring and left our home clean.
We are already talking about using them for more work. They were $400 cheaper than another quote we received on Monday when Pulsar was 1/2 way done. Highly recommended.

Specialists helped us to prepare the design, choose the tile, vanity, and finishes. We updated plumbing and electric, installed an exhaust fan. All the tile, shower door, vanity, lights, mirror look balanced and elegant.

We hired Pulsar Construction for our master bathroom remodeling. The project required us to remodel shower and tube area, vanity relocation and walk-in closet update. Pulsar was really helpful with providing ideas on the new design, they helped with planning and choosing materials. They have highly skilled team which handled the task professionally and on a timely manner. Highly recommend them!

We have found Pulsar Construction because we needed to replace our flooring in the kitchen and the living room after a kitchen pipe leak. At that time we had a 3 year old and a 5 year old kids in the house. I was very pleased how easy and fast they have installed the floors with almost no dust and no noise. Every time they would leave the house they would clean the floor the furniture spotless so we could carry on with our daily routine. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the work they provide. Highly recommended!
