Titans did a fantastic job on refinishing the marble countertops in the kitchen as well as refinishing the tiles floors for us. They were very reliable and Abner was very good and very knowledgeable about the process and gave us great information on keeping everything looking good going forward. We recently purchased a home with decades old travertine tile on the entire first level. The tile was dull, dirty and had many pits. We researched whether it might be possible to refinish the tile. We came across the website for Titans Restoration and made a call. We spoke with Eddie and he came out to look at the floor. Eddie gave us a complete education on travertine and explained how it could be restored. We were in a time crunch because of a scheduled move-in. Eddie was extremely responsive with a quote and a commitment to complete the restoration before our move. The result is outstanding and our tile floor looks brand new. Visitors now comment on how much they love our "new" tile floor.

This was the easiest and best decision we ever made...Our Slate shower was in desperate need of a restoration. We were so pleased with the quick response and the quality of the work. I have a discolored granite countertop that served me for 18 years. The area around the sink got dull and discolored. I have also a big cracked marble slab around my master oval bath tub due to an earthquake. I called a contractor and he said I have to change them. I was thinking it will cost me 27K for both projects. I called Titans Natural Restoration for 2nd opinion. I sent them the problem pictures and to my amazement, they said they can fix it. Abner came and did a great job. He was very pleasant and I can see he is skillful in what he does. When he was done, my granite counter looks like new and the crack in my marble slab looks like the grain of the slab itself. Barely noticeable. Ha ha ha!!! And I paid only $565.00. 1/28/2022-We are getting ready to put our home on the market and wanted to have the floor (tile grout) and countertops cleaned. Now, after 6 years with shoes in the house and two large dogs, I did not have high hopes. A friend recommended Titans Natural Stone Restoration and I have to say, I am now a customer for life!
First, Eddie was so responsive to my text messages to set up the appointment, he made it so seamless! His team arrived on time and texted when they arrived. Every part of the process was professional from protecting my hardwood floors and wall edges, to explaining the entire process, to on time completion! My floors look brand new!
Then the countertop team came in right on time and again, the same meticulous care for my home. After restoring my countertops to the original look, the tech showed me the cleaner I was using was causing the excessive wear and showed me what and how to use in the future. He also told me to pick up on amazon (no hidden charges or up sales).
I must note, I called 2 other places to get quotes for the job and one was cheaper and one was much more expensive, with the constant up-sell. As the owner of an investigation company, I did my home work and found both the other companies had paid to hide their poor reviews. I did not find one hidden review for Titans. I am ecstatic to say, I made the right choice with Titans and the quality and wonderful service made my day. I know it will positively impact my wallet with the sale of my home.

Eddie and his team did an amazing job restoring our marble table. It looks even more gorgeous and we are absolutely loving it. They were easy to communicate with and had fairing pricing and no hidden fees or charges. They were professional and courteous in our home.
