I want to thank COR and their team for the quality of their work. Thanks for being so professional and willing to work with us to get the job done. I know I won’t need a Roof for awhile but will definitely refer you to other clients.

I recently had some work done to my house in Hacienda Heights. I contracted C.O.R. to help me with my two house projects. They painted my house and replaced the roof. I’d like to share my experience working with C.O.R. To begin with, everyone I spoke to at C.O.R. were cordial and friendly. Communication was excellent! Every morning I would get a call from them advising me that the crew was on their way and what the game plan was would be for that day. They arrived at 8AM and leave around 4PM. The person in charge would come by at the end of the day so that together we would inspect the work that day. It was also the right time to ask any questions or bring up any concerns. C.O.R. took care of any concerns I had. Every day before they left, they would pick up their things and would make sure to leave outside my house near and clean. This was done on a daily basis.

I definitely had a very positive experience working with C.O.R. I was impressed, happy and satisfied with the work they did. I was also impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all of them. I highly recommend C.O.R. if you are looking for good quality work and professional people!

Sloppy. Had to keep pointing out the mess upstairs. Not up to par. I selected them cuz of BBB. That now means nothing. It's been only 2 years and my roof is already having problems and leakage. Some people currently say good things about C.O.R. work, but beware longterm. My roof has new leaking after only 2 years. I didn't post ALL pictures of it, C.O.R. And I don't trust you enough to fix it. Is there any credit back from this problem??

Extremely thorough and efficient! They showed up every day at 7am and worked throughout the day. Anna, Eric, David and Francisco kept us informed as to what was happening and coming up next. A big surprise for us - the team cleaned up after themselves every night when they finished - no leftover nails or debris in the driveway, in the yard or on the sidewalk. They kept everything clean!
With their CoolWall work 2 weeks ago and now the new roof we can already feel the house is cooler than before!

My house and garage look beautiful now, and I know every little detail was taken care of. The crew that did the 'cool wall' was very meticulous, they were careful to protect my things and cleaned up really well. I'm having my windows done soon. I feel like it's added a lot of value to my home, which was in poor shape when they started, and I think it will look good for many years.

Here are the before and after of my windows. We're so happy with all the work they've done, they're very careful and pay a lot of attention to details. Throughout the entire project; roof, outside walls and windows, a project manager checked in with me everyday and went over all the changes, answered questions and addressed concerns. I felt very confident throughout the whole project that everything was going to turn out well because the people I worked with were awesome. Thank you!

Professional company. They do honor their guarantee and inspect your property for any issues once a year. We wanted the exterior of our house to be maintenance free for the rest of our lives as we are in our 70's and they have a 50 year warranty . We wanted the texcote/cool wall paint product. Costs more than a regular paint job but we expect it to last. They sandblast and do a scratch coat and primer and then paint walls and trim. Also offer windows. We got a call each day from our project manager David letting us know when crew would arrive. They showed up daily and got the project done in time predicted. Raul directed the workers and shoeed up often. Ask for Larry as your salesman. He was not pushy but was helpful.

Two very busy and noisy days, but the roofs were completely stripped and new roofs installed. They set and kept to schedules and well-coordinated the various crews tasked with specific portions of the project. We are awaiting final city approval on the roof so the solar panels can be reinstalled. We are pleased to have done this with COR.

When it came to specialized documents and portal requirements, our interactions with Titan Renovation Torrance's customer service had been outstanding. Regarding the virtual inspection procedure and how it has expedited the inspection process for them, contractors have directly given me favorable comments.

We moved into one of Rodco’s homes in October 2019. Aside from the house being absolutely glorious - their service and commitment is unparalleled. They fixed, tweaked and mended anything that seemed out of odds, weeks - even months after we moved in. They introduced us to plumbers, electricians etc to help us get settled in. Truly the warmest people - they care so deeply for their new home owners. The home is designed beautifully- not too specifically that you can’t make it your own - the layout is great for families - so spacious. Anyway - I love it!

We purchased a newly built home in early 2018. We had been looking at many other properties in the area, but knew this was the one for us as soon as we saw it. It was beautifully done, inside and out, with many high-end appointments and a spacious layout.

RODCO has been extremely responsive in the years since, helping us take care of the minor issues that pop up on occasion. They clearly take great pride in their work, something that seems rare in the new construction business. Our family will enjoy living in this home for years to come. I can't think of a higher recommendation than that.

We purchased a brand new construction home from this builder over six years ago. We loved the home when we first saw it and the construction has held up beautifully over the last six years. Since it was a new construction when we bought it, the home was under a five year builder warranty. When minor issues arose, as they sometimes do with any home, the builder was immediately responsive and went above and beyond to rectify any issues immediately. Having said that, no major issues have arisen with the home and we feel that the construction quality, materials used, and design of the home is superb. We have two young boys who are very active and the materials used in the home withstand their rambunctious play. We were recently in the market for a new home with a larger yard but found very few homes compared in terms of construction quality to our current home (and so we decided to stay!). We would purchase a home from this builder again and would even consider using them if we were ever to build a custom home.
