My mother's home was in need of abatement and then build back after a serious plumbing leak which caused damage to the interior and garage. From the very start in dealing with Philana and Seta we knew we were in good hands. The team of abatement professionals from Bill from Patriot Labs and Jeremy from Burns Environmental and their skilled workers were phenomenal. The thoroughness and professionalism of these team is worthy of merit. The build back team lead by Diko, Adam and Cesar was amazing and not only professional tradesmen but courteous and kind in their customer service approach. My mom is quite happy with the project now that it is completed and thankful to all of these Servpro professionals. I can't say enough positives about the Servpro team as they deal with the insurance adjuster, have thorough and constant communication with the homeowner, being my mom and I, and were just amazing!!! We must highly recommend Servpro of Torrance to anyone who needs abatement and restortation work and wants the A Team to respond. Being in the public works and construction industry for 38 years I sincerely value well oiled machines that can meet the needs of their clients with high satisfaction and quality results.

Called Servpro of Torrance and spoke with Philana who was so helpful and empathetic. I called in a panic due to a water leak at my elderly parents home and she was patient with me and explained what I needed to do and what was going to happen next. She was able to get someone out there quick! Our technician Andy arrived and thoroughly inspected the area then got to work . Thank you both.

Servpro of Torrance did a great job cleaning and repairing water damage caused by a leaking pipe from the tub in the unit upstairs. Everyone at Servpro, both those in the office and those who did the work in the field, were responsive, professional, polite, and kind. The work area was always kept clean and neat and the final product looks great. I highly recommend Servpro of Torrance!

Not only are ServPro of Torrance reliable, responsive and professional, but they exhibited a lot of empathy and kindness, as I was quite upset to come home from vacation to my entire downstairs having water damage due to a pipe being burst.

We had an emergency on one of my listings and Servpro came through in the clutch! I spoke to Philana and she made things happen right away! They were Extremely responsive and excellent work on removing water from underneath the flooring of the house. They made the home look as good as new when finished! Servpro Torrance has by far some of the most professional employees that I’ve seen. Hard working, reliable, knowledgeable and super friendly! We recently had a major grey water drain piping leak that took out our down stairs family room and spare bedroom. Our insurance company sent out Servpro of Torrance and we are glad they did! They arranged for a temporary storage container in our driveway and then moved out all the furniture. They then moved in their water mitigation equipment. When the repairs were complete they came back and moved all the furniture back into the house. From start to finish, from the workers in the field to the entire office staff, Servpro was absolutely fantastic! You can feel confident that Servpro of Torrance will get the job done!

My parents had a fire in the garage due to a candle that burned into flames November of 2024 and Servpro got started right away! They put my parents stuff into storage and started cleaning up everything right away! Packed everything in boxes and even labeled them! Philana, was wonderful! She helped my mom a TON! Always was so great with communication!

I was contacted by several reps from their team to start the process. They immediately started the work and were very prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was kept in the loop at all times and that built confidence as we were facing a major overhaul we had not seen before.
I would like to personally compliment Diko their PM and Philana, the front office manager who worked with me until the very end. After it was completed, I had a few follow-up items, and they made sure they attended to it even though the job was finished.

I was researching restoration companies and Servpro in Torrance received great reviews! There are many other Servpro locations and I'm only writing this review for the Torrance location.

Right from the start the communication was excellent. The work was completed in a professional way. I was helping manage the project remotely for my mom. Servpro was nice to me when I called and when my mom called. The water damage in the house happened while the roof was off being repaired and a rainstorm happened at that time. The walls needed to be opened up and dried out. There was also long-term mold damage from the leaking roof in one part of the house. Also, they replaced 4 sets of french doors and carpet.

The entire project was completed to our satisfaction. The employees at Servpro made my mom feel safe while they were in her home. The employees treated her like they would treat their own mom.

In addition excellent communication with our Homeowners insurance Auto Club. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone experiencing water damage. ServPro of Torrance is fantastic! We were displaced due to the Eaton Fire and our house had quite a bit of smoke damage. The ServPro team came in and cleaned our house from top to bottom. They spent over a week cleaning every surface of our house and our belongings. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Ricki, our head service tech, and Sabrina, our coordinator, were great! They explained everything and walked us through all the steps involved in the restoration. They never lost patience with us or our constant questions. They made an extremely stressful and overwhelming situation a bit more bearable. We put our house in their hands and they took care of everything, including coordinating attic insulation removal and replacement, and most importantly, dealing with our insurance adjuster! I really hope we never need restoration services again but if we do, I would definitely reach out to ServPro of Torrance.

A pinhole link in the copper behind the wall in the kitchen started the whole mess. Our insurance company (AAA) jumped right on it and hooked us up with ServPro Torrance. Philana was our phone contact, and her sweet and caring demeanor was so helpful. She sent out Gustavo and Luis and they packed everything neatly and carefully into boxes and deposited them where we asked. They too seemed attuned to our angst with the undertaking of the destruction of our kitchen and upset in the rhythm of our lives. Not their first rodeo, but their care and concern was helpful. We met with Andy, the project manager many times as he monitored the progress of getting the water out of the walls. He too was careful and compassionate. It was a lengthy process, and messy, but they were very good and professional and helpful.

My experience in dealing with SERVPRO of Torrance was very positive from start to finish. I was displaced, due to the Eaton Fire and my insurance company assigned this franchise to do the remediation. The team assigned to my project did a truly amazing job of cleaning my smoke damaged house. The team leader explained every aspect of the cleaning process to me in detail and answered all of my many questions. The office staff was very professional, well organized, extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through what was a complicated process and a new experience for me. My husband and I have had several jobs done at our home by various contractors. Seems we end up being the "general" every time which is why we were lagging on getting our roof and stucco done. When I was walking the dog I saw COR working on a neighbors home. They spent 9 days redoing the stucco and painting the trim and it looked amazing when they were completed. I asked the owner how things went and she had nothing but great things to say. Needless to say we hired them.
They had team members checking up on all the workmen daily. Communication was on point! I was constantly updated of everything. Only hiccup was the city on a permit sign-off where the city inspector didn't show up the day they were suppose to which seems typical.
This was the first contractor we hired where we felt we could be totally hands off and let them do their thing. We are 100% satisfied. They wont be the cheapest out there but I would recommend them to anyone who asked.
