We had 2nd floor flooding via a broken braided stainless steel toilet hose with plastic connectors. The plastic broke, and I believe it should be illegal to have plastic end connectors. This went on for about 45 minutes and resulted in flooding the bathroom and the 1st floor bathroom and bedroom below it as well. My insurance company immediately sent ServPro of Torrance. Rick Martinez (Ricky) and his crew removed most of the water via mopping and vacuuming. They then placed fans and dehumidifiers in the rooms to dry, including the ceiling.

Throughout this process Ricky was very knowledgeable and professional and was concerned for our property and our inconvenience. Definitely if we have flooding again I would call ServPro and request Ricky. Besides Ricky the rest of the staff. Philana. Sabrina. Seta, Jennylyn, and others I may have missed were top-notch.

So I want to start off by saying flooding in your home starts off feeling desperate to have anyone come and help! I felt so stressed and overwhelmed!! communication is key when working with any company. I spoke with Sabrina when I called in and she was very professional and made me feel like I called the right place to clean up this mess for me and even was patient with me while I was stressed out rambling on. She had a crew out to my house the same day as requested. Very professional! They took very good care of all my belongings and did a fantastic job restoring and cleaning up as if the two rooms in my house never were touched by water! Water damage is never wanted, but if it happens again I will definitely be calling Servpro of Torrance.

I had a water damage cleanup operation on two bathrooms in my condo. Servpro couldn't have been more professional, responsive and friendly. It's funny because a friend of mine who had originally noticed the damage and told me how much of a headache it was going to be as well as how hard of a time he had with the companies he had worked with to repair a similar situation in his house.
