Soooo lazy!!! Take your business somewhere else please. I spoke to the owner who began bragging to me about being of the country and had me waiting around for a week for a response. Only to tell me that if I cannot make it between his 8:30-10:30 time slot he could not help me. Never heard of a place with ultimatum at their leisure business hours. This company clearly doesn’t want or need work, then don’t give it to them.

The maid service was unable to navigate to my residence, unable to reschedule, then still charged $200 with no service rendered. It's been a headache even getting a refund from Google Local Services, despite their "Guarantee." Find a more mature company to deal with.

I've had a very positive experience with their service. It's made my life a lot easier. I originally chose them because I thought their name was a twisted, dark humor pun on the phrase, "You've got aids!". Turns out I was wrong and it's a reference to the movie, "You've Got Mail". Remember when E-Mail was still a new and exciting thing?.... Good times.

You’ve Got Maids South Bay was absolutely amazing! Curtis, the owner, called me first. Then he personally came and did a walk through. And then the maids cleaned. I did the “52 Point Spring Clean” and OMG they got EVERYWHERE!! I will be signing up for a more regular service but needed just a baseline deep clean. The quote was a little high but Curtis worked with us to make sure it was reasonable for us. Highly highly recommend!
