My wife and my daughter have been vacationing in Korea for 2 months and I wanted the house to be cleaned when they returned. Needless to say, they exceeded my expectations.

Curtis and his team were phenomenal. Everything was clean and organized, they put everything back in the right order. They did miss cleaning a specific area I had requested but I just let Curtis know and they came back out and cleaned it again to perfection. Talk about great customer service!!!

I called you’ve got maids of South Bay to clean my boyfriend’s disgusting apartment. They came a little late but I get how traffic in LA can be so I didn’t hold that against them. As soon as they got in they got straight to cleaning. They were all very nice and quick. I’m going to call and schedule weekly appointments with them since they did such a good job.

Came through in a clench! Needed move out service last minute as other scheduled cleaner through Angi's never showed up. Did a good job and grateful. They did move a bit slow (hot day though) but prices are super reasonable. Would highly recommend them still !!!

When discussing the needs of what I was looking for, I expected a deep clean of the floors. That’s what I specifically mentioned when I called. They ended up charging more than quoted although I cannot see why. Had they done a good job I would not have cared but I had to go over with a swifter a couple times after they left. It was a basic vacuum and mop. I tried asking if there was more but there was a language barrier. Normally not a problem as I cannot verify what the were told Initially. But it was not a deep clean. They were also going to skip cleaning the steps had I not said something (I pointed to the stairs and the mop). This is after they showed up at 2:33 pm when l was told arrival time was 11-1:00. I can be flexible so my issue is not necessarily the late arrival but never once did someone reach out to me and inform me of this. I had to text multiple times with the threat of cancelling to get a crew here. I kept the texts for proof. Overpriced for services performed and unprofessional. No thanks.

I hired this company to do a deep clean of my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home every 2 weeks. Initially they started out well but as time went on, I noticed they were doing less and less cleaning. I was their last house of the day and often the housekeepers would arrive around 3pm. They clearly were moving as fast as possible to be done by 4. What was supposed to be a deep clean turned into a quick wipe down. I had to repeatedly ask to have the ceiling fans, baseboards and blinds dusted. It seemed as if I didn’t ask for this to be done, it just wasn’t going to get done. What aggravated me the most about this company was the number of times I made my appointment and the house cleaners just never showed up. I spent at least 3 hours at home waiting for them to show up only to not have them come at all. They just became too unreliable. This became a huge waste of my time. I saved every single text message so there was no mix up on my scheduled date and time. I have a back injury so I can’t do this cleaning myself but I definitely kept the house clean in between cleanings. I will say the house cleaners were always polite and friendly.

Hired them for a move out cleaning and the team led by Glenda did an excellent job. The price was reasonable for the time and labor involved. Scheduling the service was also a breeze.

Team 2 is great. I'll admit that I wasn't convinced that a service could compare to my long term housekeeper that retired, but these gals are professional, and quick. I am a short time user, but happily continuing. Thanks for the great work Team 2.
