I have a freshly dislocated knee & the Merry Maids crew not only cleaned my house but looked out for my while I attempted my first stair climb etc. Going above and beyond their job descriptions by a good margin. Thank you to that awesome crew.

The house LOOKS clean, but the details are not attended to as they would be by a housekeeper who is dedicated to cleanliness. Cleaning the doorframe, kitchen woodwork, corners, door handles, vacuuming under the beds, etc. is often left undone.

Update: When changing to another day, and therefore having a different team come to clean the house, it's hard to know how things will be done. It seems the same care is not given to making the beds well (such as tucking sheets in all the way around and centering the mattress pad). Bathroom upper edges of showers were not well cleaned; corners were gritty/black. Faucets in bathroom didn't shine as they should after thorough cleaning.

The only thing I would love to see is a great finish. Meaning when I walk in the door from work and seeing that my townhome has been cleaned is not to see a throw carpet hanging on a chair or comet cleanser on my woodwork or my oven after it has been cleaned. If the merry maids crew would do a final check before they leave to see that everything looks more presentable. I have had Merry maids cleaning crew with me for quite awhile but I feel they could be a little more professional by leaving your home sparkling sort of speak. Thanks, Nancy

I would definitely use merry maids again! The team you sent were sweethearts! They left the place sparkling and gave me tips on how to keep certain parts of the house I struggle to keep clean, such as the bathroom! They're definitely going to be my go to cleaning sevice!!

Merry Maids was the 3rd service that I called. The 1st company was nice but the cleaning team was not professional, the cleaner had her son helping her and I was promised two professional cleaners. The 2nd company did not show up on my scheduled cleaning day total ok show! My next call was to Merry Maids. I spoke with Roshan and he answered all of my questions, they show up on the scheduled day and did a awesome job. My house smells great and looks so clean and fresh. Thanks Merry Maids!

Good quality cleaning, well worth the price for our apartment. Friendly cleaners, always pros, good with our pet. And always responsive whenever something comes up and we need a schedule change.

I do not know how they can get my house so clean in just two hours! They did the basics plus windows, baseboards, and the shutters. (It takes me two hours just to find the right supplies!) These ladies were friendly, efficient and professional. I will definitely use them again!

Wonderful team and cleaning weekly services. We use them for our college. They work with your schedule even if you need to cancel one week they have no issues making accommodations. Very impressed!

I booked Merry Maids for a rental property. I was very happy with the results. They were thorough, communicative with any any issues, on time, and very professional. I would definitely use their service again.

Had 2 gals for 3.5 hours more of a deep clean. I appreciated being able to track their arrival (arrived on time) and the work they did was very good lifted my spirit! The leader of the team understood my direction, and communicated well to the other; both had a pleasant demeanor, good attitude, were careful with breakables in dusting, and worked hard. Adelina and Brenda left my house spotless! I couldn’t believe when I saw the final results. My house hadn’t had a cleaning service for over 6 months ( my husband and I were afraid of bringing people over due to COVID), and within 4 hours, this team did such a amazing job cleaning the kitchen cabinets and appliances, bathroom, bedroom, balcony, living room, and bathrooms. I will definitely request their service again.

Merry Maids sent a team of two ladies, Amparo and Collette to clean my house. They completed a "move out" cleaning service. They were extremely friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient. So much so, I'm going to request that same team to conduct a "move in" cleaning service once my new house closes escrow. I recommend anyone who's looking for a detailed cleaning service of their home to hire Merry Maids of South Bay to get the job done right.

I enjoy the ease of getting started with the company. The electronic signup is exceptional. The professionalism exhibit by the front office and eventually it’s employees was exceptional. My house was left in superb cleaning conditions and smelling great.
They showed up on time and stayed until the place was sparkles.

Merry maids came in and did a wonderful job. I wasn’t feeling well when they arrived and the team was quite efficient and quiet. The cleaning job was decent but several spots were missed, some counters weren't touched at all, many cabinets weren't touched, blinds were done to a bare minimum. Shower/tub walls still had grime in them, multiple spots that weren't touched, or barely touched. I would NOT recommend them again.
However, it may have just been the cleaners that were at my place. They were the only cleaning service that offered a flat rate and they were very quick to reply on communication and gave a partial refund for the trouble. Were it not a move-out cleaning, I'm sure they would have come back and rectified the situation.

They came, they saw, they conquered several years worth of dust. I was so grateful for the speed and intensity with which they worked and were responsive to my directions and priorities. I was in an especial hurry because I was taking advantage of a rare opportunity to clean while my elderly parents were out of their house. The cleaning techs were still finishing up when my parents arrived and they were very kind and professional with them. I am so grateful.

The cleaning staff was decent. Had they gotten some more time, the job would've been better too.

When I booked the service, they asked me the sq. Ft. of my apartment and gave the cleaning staff 1hr 45min. What kind of house gets cleaned in that time frame? They should've known better.

I got 'one time cleaning' done from them and they missed multiple spots.

DO NOT recommend them

The cleaner turned my stove gas on and it was left on until I returned to my apartment over 24 hours later filling it with carbon monoxide. The cleaning job was also poor, she cleaned enough to make it appear clean on the surface but clearly didn’t do any details. Would not recommend.

Jeff was fantastic! He was extremely responsive, punctual and did a great job cleaning our tile family room floor. We live in Redondo Beach and he was able to get to our house the next day. Thank you, Jeff!
