Jeff is such a good, standup guy. I’ve had him out twice for quotes and each time he’s given me great guidance. The first time was for our tile floors - which unfortunately needed a specialist. Jeff was able to recommend someone wonderful. The second time was today - I had purchased a secondhand sectional and wasn’t sure if it could be cleaned by normal means. Jeff kindly came out to evaluate the fabric for me IN PERSON and once again, was honest and thoughtful about what we needed. While I haven’t used his services yet, I fully appreciate his expertise.

Jeff came in with such short notice and did such a great job with my couch and my rug. The price was great and he even got some stubborn pet stains out of our rug. He did a very thorough job and was very friendly and the couch and rug looks as good as new, would highly recommend him.

Jeff was absolutely amazing!! He was very professional and did an excellent job on my carpets and cleaning my rugs. He made them look new again after years of abuse!!! I’m very impressed with his diligence and found him to be very knowledgeable, an absolute expert in his field.

I tried cleaning my white sofa myself and the upholstery turned out super splotchy. Jeff worked his magic and brought it back to life looking good as new (and smelling great!). He is super knowledgeable and passionate about his work, and a pleasure to talk to! All around great experience and I know who to call in Torrance for my upholstery and carpet needs.

Jeff did a thorough and excellent job cleaning my living room and staircase carpets and a living room rug. The living room had a lot of foot traffic and soot from the fireplace and there was no trace of it after he was finished. Highly recomend Sunset Carpet for their excellent work!

We've been using Unbound Cleaning as our cleaning services for maybe a year and a half now. Lavnia and Rod are always great from start to finish. They're always courteous and polite and they love our dog! Our house is a 3bd/2ba and they usually get the job done in about 3-4 hours.
