On a whim I reached out to Jeff and Sunset Carpet/Tile when I finally needed my couch cleaned, and when I tell you I'm so happy I did and found his services. The attention to detail and customer service is top notch along with the fact he uses green products that are safe for the home. My couch looks BRAND NEW. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his services. I will definitely not only be calling him again for any future needs, but also referring him to anyone in the Southbay. What a gem.

Awesome service, Jeff is a super friendly guy and for the price it was 100% worth it. After his work it looked like I had brand new carpets in my house. I will definitely be asking him to clean again, DONT miss out!!

I reached out to find upholstery cleaning Torrance to clean my carpet and couch after my kitten had some accidents. Jeff was very helpful with explain the he process, what the costs would be and what that includes. He was very willing and to work with my cost constraints. He did a great job! My couch looks like new and the carpet looks great considering how old it is, he really put in a lot of work to get it clean. I am very happy with the service I received. Jeff went above and beyond with cleaning my carpet and couch! He was thorough, efficient, and made sure that if there were spots that needed to be picked up, he said he will I’ll come back to do another pass through. Luckily he did such a great job that it wasn’t needed. I highly recommend using this company!

He is exceptionally responsive and excellent for emergencies (having recently just helped me with one at my own home). I highly recommend Sunset!

Jeff did a great job for my move out clean! During on our initial walk through he made sure to clarify what the big issue areas were and what some of the bigger stains were and explained the potential treatments. Afterwards he made sure to do another walk through and explained what he ended up doing. The work was excellent and I would definitely use Sunset Carpet and Tile Cleaning again.

We needed to get the carpet in our bedroom cleaned quickly in the aftermath of a sudden pet illness. Sunset Carpet & Tile Cleaning was the only company that called me back on a Sunday afternoon. Jeff came later that afternoon to look at the job and gave me a quote on the carpet cleaning as well as upholstery cleaning on a couch and armchair.

He was back first thing the next morning and did a thorough job at a the very fair price he quoted. He went the extra mile to make absolutely sure we were happy with his work before he packed up, too.

On top of that, he was friendly and courteous, and very respectful of our home and the people in it. I won't hesitate to recommend Sunset to friends and family in the future!

OMG! The work this company put into not just cleaning, but restoring my carpet is amazing! Look no further! They are worth every dime and more (reasonable, dependable and super funny). Ask about the gravel story 😂😂😂!
