Jeff did a fantastic job with upholstery cleaning on our white couch. We had some heavy grease spots and dog stains and it looks brand new. He was thorough with the process and very professional!

Jeff was incredibly professional and did an amazing job. He took great care of the carpet and made sure that we were completely satisfied. He managed to remove stains that we thought were permanent and was able to remove all the dirt and grime from the most high- traffic areas. We highly recommend Jeff sunset carpet and Tile cleaning. Great service! Jeff was amazing at cleaning our furniture! He was able to give me an estimate over the phone and was able to set a date all on the same call. He knows the right questions to ask to know how to expertly know how to clean your furniture and give an estimate. I would recommend him and hire him again. If you need your carpet or furniture, this company is the one to call!

We have worked with Sunset Carpet and Tile Cleaning for awhile now on several different jobs (we are a General Contractor) and they have always been responsive, on-time, thorough, and the best cleaning/service of anyone else we have used before. Please see attached before and after pictures of commercial building carpet (we thought it was grey, but after cleaning, we realized it was GREEN!). Highly recommended! Plus, Jeff is a great guy in general. You won't be disappointed!

Jeff did a detailed cleaning of our kitchen floor tile that has not been cleaned in over 15 years. He is easy to work with, does not take shortcuts and very detailed oriented. He took his time to let the enzyme do its job and was not in hurry to get it done and leave. We will be using him in the future to clean our carpets.

Jeff was great! We had him clean our carpets, 2 couches (plus cushions), an ottoman, and 4 small dining room chair seat cushions. He went above and beyond getting everything looking great again! He paid extra attention to some pet urine spots in order to drastically improve the odor. We would highly recommend Jeff and will be using him again in the future!

Our living room carpet was WAY OVERDUE for a cleaning! We have a small house and a dog, so the carpet gets lots of traffic. Jeff used multiple cleaners and lots of attention to detail to get it looking good! He is the most thorough carpet cleaner we have ever used!

I was frantically looking for someone to come out to clean my carpet before a special event at the house. Jeff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. He shuffled his calendar around to squeeze me in for a same day visit. Jeff is a miracle worker and made my carpet look like it was brand new!! Jeff was personable, kind and professional! He made 3 separate trips to our location to make sure he could do the job and then went out of his way to buy the extra supplies he needed to do it. Wonderful job and wonderful service, would highly recommend.

This will be the 2nd time we have used Jeff for a carpet cleaning service. He had a quick turn around and was able to handle the job the next day. Came in for a deep clean and was quick and managed to get out some heavy stains. Will definitely be using him again!!

Jeff did an amazing job cleaning our tile floor! He was prompt in all his communication, honest in his bidding, and went above and beyond to make sure the floor looked like new. His products are effective but don’t have an industrial odor. We highly recommend his services!
