The Good Guys plumbing technicians were polite and professional. They finished installing the new part replacement in the Toto toilet and tightened the shower knob ib the shower. The shower knob just needed a little tightening on the inside and they fixed it. Thank you.

Cesar was very professional, I appreciated his details explanation of what caused leaking under the sink. Took extra precaution and wearing shoe covers to avoid messy floors. A bit pricey for replacement of very small tubing that was required for repair. But did a great job explaining overall. Offered future replacement of parts to avoid more serious problems that could occur in the future which was very helpful in preparing for future issues that can be prevented.

Good Guys provided a detailed cost estimate for the sewer pipe replacement. Team showed up on time and although the job took a little longer than expected, the team needed to follow the old line which was not straight and had a lot of bends. Good Guys pulled a Torrance city permit which was signed off. The team cleaned up the front yard and walkways. The ground did experience some settling, Good Guys came out the next day to address this issue.

Good Guy Plumbing did a Great Job Hector and his Worker did an Excellent Job! Professional Clean, courteous! I got a flyer in the mail and call for appointment got one the same day! The technician was very knowledgeable and competent. The person handling the phone and appointments was very accommodating and friendly. They both did not try to sell me anything. They just told me what my options were and gave me a price and let me make up my mind on what I wanted to do. Their prices were competitive, their work was top notch.

Good Guy plumbing was GREAT. they came quickly for a free estimate. The quote was less than half of a major competitor. Danny G. was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good Guy is now my go to plumber.

The scheduling was great and their answering system very good. The technician they sent out for two tasks.
1. Appliance Cook top gas line connection.
2. Replace faucet.
For Gas line the quote was $500, I elected to do it by a handyman that did it for $185.
For the Faucet replacement, the technician said $500 for faucet, and when he closed the shut off valve for the faucet it would not stop, then said another $450 for replacing the two shut off valves. I went to home depot, the valves are $12, so parts would be $24 dollars. I put in a request for a plumber at Home depot the one I picked will do it for $300 (faucet and valves).
The Good Guy technician tried to charge for a visit, I told him they said I don't pay unless I approve the work. He also did not clean the aerator that got clogged when he opened and closed the valve, so faucet stopped working. Good Guy was Bad. Try Home Depot for Plumber service.

The Good Guy Plumbing team is truly the best company to work with in California. Their representative was very helpful, quickly identifying the issue and scheduling the service without delay. The technician, Mr. Hector, went above and beyond by keeping me updated throughout the process and calling to confirm pricing before proceeding with the work. Excellent service and professionalism all around!

I have an old house, and a water pipe under my patio leaked. They found it, cored out the concrete and laid new pipe. Hector, Paz and Ben were fantastic, and others. Excellent work. Great guys. Highly recommended

Just had a great experience with my plumbing technician “JJ” and Good Guy Plumbing. JJ took a very strategic approach to trouble shoot and identify my issue. Every issue I had is now fixed and looking good. I will be calling Good Guy Plumbing next time I have an issue.

Had a clogged drain mid week, first thing in the morning, water was backing up in the toilets and shower(s), so I did a quick google search for local plumbers in my area. I had never used Good Guy Plumbing before, but the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and said she could get someone out here in about an hour, so I locked in the appointment. Our tech arrived and went to work. He ended up clearing the drain using the camera system snake thing, and identified some roots in the line down at the street/sewer interface. Nonetheless, he solved the problem in under an hour. Super professional, very polite and extremely helpful. Good guy PLumbing is now my go to for plumbing of any kind.

Their level of support and professionalism, including the follow up email has locked me in as a customer for life.
